The people at the front desk were very welcoming. Whatever our needs were they were met - they couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was clean, inviting and quiet.

This hotel is a major red flag: First, the front desk staff were terrible, completely lacking in service awareness and incredibly arrogant. They said they were fully booked and couldn't let me check in, offering to move me to a hotel in Forest Lake that was half the price and labeled as a 2-star hotel. I later demanded compensation from Ctrip: such fraud deserves triple the price. I was finally able to check in three hours later. Second, when I entered the room, the toilet seat hadn't been cleaned and had urine stains—it was disgusting! Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures, and since my child needed to use the bathroom, I had to clean it myself and wrap it in toilet paper. Third, when I checked out, I remembered I'd left my power bank charging in the sofa area, but when I called, they immediately gave me the runaround and said they didn't have it. This hotel is truly, truly awful—a total rip-off!

The room has windows that can be opened, and the light and air are good. The front desk guy knew that we were staying again and gave us a good room. The service was also very warm and responsive, although we didn't need daily cleaning. One of the elevators was under maintenance so it was a bit slow. The coffee and tea were gone after breakfast, but other hotels provide coffee and tea all day.

The room has a kitchen, but it is not very practical. The price is already 260 USD/day. The breakfast is OK and very filling. You won't be hungry even after one meal. The hotel is old and the water from the tap is very thin. The price/performance ratio is quite poor.
