Had to stay an extra day in Irvine, staff was friendly and helped sort out my booking and extend the stay in the same room. Also provided toiletry at the front desk when inquired.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and there's parking available. The hotel is very clean, and check-in is quick. I would definitely book again next time. It's very quiet at night, with no noise at all.

The hotel is not far from SNA airport, but airport transfers need to be booked by phone, which is inconvenient. The breakfast is decent, and the rooms are fairly spacious. It's okay for a short stay of a few nights.

The location of the highway exit is very convenient for travel. The facilities are a bit outdated. There are no toiletries or slippers, and no free bottled water. The surrounding area lacks a commercial atmosphere. Having a car is fine, but not having one is a real pain.
