Everything was great only wish they had USB ports for chargers in the room.

Nice hotel room. Several issues: I've stayed here 2 times and there is never hot water in the shower. The hotel listing always says the stay includes breakfast. This is not accurate. The hotel does not have breakfast. The hotel room this time had dirty washcloths in the bathroom. The internet is not reliable and only works for a very short time. I have had to use my own each time which is a concern. Also, the hotel room is accessed overhead as is the case with all hotel rooms. This time the violation of privacy had at least 10 people viewing me in my room, the shower, etc. The comments were disturbing to my stay.

I read a review that says the elevator is old and the hall way smells a little. Those are not wrong, but the room was okay and the staffs were kind. One cannot expect everything to be the best for this price because it was among the cheapest price around the airport. If you are looking for a quality lodging, you will need to spend more.

Stay as far away from this hotel as you possibly can you note to say in cheap and cheerful well was cheap but I certainly wasn’t any cheerful i’ve had the pleasure of staying in many hotels of my life and I thought maybe stayed in one or two bad ones but it was not a statin this hotel that I realised how bad really is I felt I had to stay up all night just to protect my wife it’s like one of these hotels is seeing a Netflix serious where man brings his victims to be chopped up I could actually say I think there was victims chopped up in this hotel sticky carpets no paint on the doors rust all over the bathroom with a mattress That had more ups and downs that a Rocky marriagemore bumps felt totally unsafe and dirty in the whole place when I say I was like something out of a horror movie I’m not messing on helpful and very rude stuff but well it was the most amazing thing was being asked to give a $100 deposit on the room in case we damaged anything the only thing in the room that was worth over $100 was me I don’t think I could’ve damaged a room anymore if I even tried so guys it may be cheaper to stay far away

I've stayed here a few times now for work. The hotel is a little older, a little dated but overall nice, clean. The beds are comfortable. Hotel room is simple set-up that is a decent size. Bathrooms are clean shower pressure is good. The gym is alright as well. Bar area in the lobby for a drink in the evening. Walking distance to Toyota Music Factory and all the restaurants and bars in that area.

free shuttle bus to hotel,close to airport.friendly and helpful staff. Have to call hotel for the pick up .

This is a chain hotel. First of all, I feel that Ctrip's customer service gave me the ShuttleBus to pick up the shuttle bus for free. The hotel is very close to the airport and it takes almost 10 minutes to reach the airport. Besides breakfast, you can make your own waffles, which is still delicious. In the morning, the hotel departs on time to the airport class. It is convenient to wait in the lobby in advance.

Front desk was very helpful and nice the breakfast was good and the hotel was very quiet nice and dark rooms to take a nap in I would rate this hotel five stars The only negative I have to say is the construction on the road but the hotel itself is great
