Hotel Indigo Irving - Las Colinas

The lobby and rooms were well maintained. All staff members provided great customer service. Ashley at the front desk was super helpful! She also conscientious enough to state my room number at a volume for me to hear but NOT loud enough for other guests behind me to overhear. Great for security!

I love this artsy hotel, the decoration is so detailed and modern. The staff are so welcoming especially Maya and Ashley. I was tired from the trip but they were there to make sure everything was ok. My family has already talked about visiting again in summer or fall! Thank you Maya and Ashley❤️❤️

Comfortable beds, nice clean rooms. Very clean facilities and friendly staff. Has a nice coffee shop with a restaurant and bar located in the lobby. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Beautiful pool area. If you’re looking to just get away or for business this is the place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo. It’s located conveniently in Irving/Las Colinas area with easy access to everywhere in DFW. The only downside is they charge a $12 nightly parking fee. There are other hotels in that area that don’t have a parking fee. I like staying in new hotels so if you don’t mind the parking fees this is a great place. I definitely plan to stay there again.

My husband and I stayed on 2/13/25 and we had an amazing stay! Ky and Belinda at the front desk were so attentive and noticed we were doing a stay for our anniversary. We were surprised with chocolate cake and mocktails (as we don't drink) and it was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. We were also given a hand written note by the Front Office Manager which was a very nice touch. We were given a nice upgrade for our status and you can tell the hotel is new as everything was in a neat and clean condition. We had coffee from the cafe the next morning and both drinks were great. I can't recommend the hotel accommodations and service more.

The hotel was new. Great bar and staff. The pool area is really nice. The room was comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that they charged $12 a night for parking. The hotel had a huge parking lot and it seems ridiculous that they would charge for parking. The front desk didn’t mention it when we checked in so they removed it when we left.
