Great Stay at Westin! High praise for Sarah! Enjoyed a weekend at Westin in Dallas. Beautiful property, wonderful rooms. Rooms had complimentary water, ice nearby, and a great drink / snack / coffee area in lobby. Great restaurant and by far best pool in area. Concierge lounge was closed but Sarah at front desk checked us in, offered breakfast vouchers for us and was unbelievably friendly and professional all weekend. She took care of us multiple times last weekend. The staff at pool and DJ at pool were fun and engaging. Drinks were great and bonus hot tub. The staff at Mesa Mezcal were also very good. Breakfast was amazing! Parking garage is attached to hotel, very modern decor and a 1 min walk from bars, restaurants, and a few min walk to Toyota Music Factory. Had dinner at Yard House and enjoyed a walk around the lake both evenings. We will definitely return to this Westin.

Stayed here for one night after missing connection. Last minute rate was good, and TA reviews decent. Was upgraded to a suite with my Bonvoy status, which was nice as that doesn't always happen. Property was not busy, I'm guessing pretty low occupancy rate for the Sunday of Labor Day. The Suite was one I believe is not used very frequently. Third floor, past HR office at the end of a hallway. Room was ok. Dark, kinda Dank smell-Just not fresh. Slept ok, but not great Maybe because it was a lower floor, IDK but it just was kinda un-fresh. hard to describe . Used the club lounge which was huge. Good variety for breakfast, nice staff throughout. Shuttle to airport is advertised as hourly on paper work but ran every thirty minutes. Quick trip to airport for our AM flight. There is not much else close by to this property, so unless you have a car or want to UBER you are kinda of stuck. Hotel bar and staff were great. Didn't explore much else of property. May or may not stay here or explore another Marriott property close by if needed (there are a few). Overall nice staff throughout, dated room, common areas were nice.
