"First the staff there was exceptionally very friendly, professional and made me feel so welcomed. It’s amazing how quickly the staff resolves any issues that arise. This was my first time visiting South Africa and I really enjoyed my stay Airport Inn and Suites. Yes if I come South Africa again this will be my first and preferred place to stay.
The only issue was the carpet in the bedroom and living room desperately needed to be steamed cleaned or replaced. Yes housekeeping swept the carpet when they cleaned but sweeping carpet with a broom doesn’t really clean the carpet. The carpet was very worn and made my feet itchy when I walked on it with my bare feet. But I resolved that quickly by always having my slippers on. Overall this place is very clean, well kept and the stafff knows the true meaning of customer care. Action always speaks louder than words. That’s why I gave Airport Inn a 3 for cleanliness only due to the carpet in the bedroom and living room.

"Everything was Good. Pick up from the airport in a free shuttle every 30 minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room small but neat, Good for just 1 night. For longer I would have choosen a larger room with a fridge. Nice facilities on the premises for eating out and shopping. Interesting exhibition on the history of democracy in SA."

"My stay at the lodge was very pleasant. After many hours of flying, the amenities are sufficient to relax and have a rest before connecting flights or before your next move. Staff at reception were lovely, friendly and helpful. Andrew who is part of staff in charge of pick-up and drop-off, waited quite a while for me the collect baggage and was extremely patient and understanding. I’d highly recommend staying there."
