Le Querce Resort Sea Thermae & Spa

We have just completed a second stay at this hotel. The views from the hotel are stunning, be it from your room, pool area or restaurant. The staff are very kind and go above and beyond. We asked to move rooms as I am a light sleeper and was waking when I could hear footsteps near the reception area.. this was no trouble and they quickly found another room . Breakfast is great, good selection and lots of fresh fruit. Restaurant is very good too. Big mention for the bar … best margaritas ever and according to my husband excellent negroni’s and Americanos too !! This place is a little gem

This was our first visit to Ischia. Myself and my wife were greeted by the most friendly reception staff Joe and Anna. They couldn't do enough for us . The room was absolutely amazing overlooking the Bay of Naples, breathtaking. The dining room also had the same beautiful view and the dining staff were so relaxed and extremely friendly. The breakfast was of a good variety and dinner was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay at your beautiful hotel.

This hotel ticked all the boxes for us. Good location with fabulous views from the public areas and room. Enjoyed the pool, water temperature was warm and no shortage of sunbeds. Our favourite spot was the sun deck by the sea. The sea was very clear and clean and a great temperature. Breakfast was delicious with a fantastic choice. Had dinner a few times. Set menu for 45 euros for 4 courses. This was too much food for us so we ate off the main menu and found the food to be of a good standard. The staff in the hotel were brilliant. Extremely friendly and very obliging. It was a great experience staying here. So peaceful and calm in contrast with the busyness of the rest of the island.

I stayed at Le Querce Resort for my birthday week and I had one the best vacations yet. The hotel has incredible value. The staff here are lovely people and made my stay super special. They assisted me with adventuring ideas on the beautiful island of Ischia. This was a great experience as I love exploring and learning about different cultures and places. The staff here are fantastic guides. The breakfast was delicious which brought on a smile each morning whilst also sitting out on the balcony admiring the outstanding views of the sea. Moments of tranquility and warmth felt each day. I truly enjoyed every moment here. Thank you for the wonderful memories. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel. 💛

A short taxi ride from the port although there are buses that stop outside. The hotel is very clean with stunning views across the bay and nearby islands. The staff are very friendly and helpful and most speak some basic English or better. We opted for the basic room which although comfortable did offer up some problems which I will come to later. The facilities that the hotel offer are very good. Even the towels for the sun beds/ pools / beach are of very good quality Breakfast is very much above average. Lunch and dinner are taken in the restaurant by the pool. The food and service is exceptional. The wine list is very good. Took a particular liking to local Ischia wine. Just a few not so much grumbles but things which could be better and worthy of the 4 star hotel rating. Although we did take the classic double (cheapest room) I feel that plastic cups to drink from in a 4 star hotel is poor. Should be glass. Also there was only one in the room when we got there and once the room was refreshed the following day, the ‘cup’ wasn’t and we had to track housekeeping down for some ‘cups’. The bathroom amenities were again quite poor. Four little shampoos but no shower gel considering there was only a shower in the room. Even though there was a balcony with the room to look over the ‘garden area’ the patio doors could not be opened fully so you could walk onto the patio as the hit the bed. My final thought is if you are going to charge €3 for a 500ml bottle of water that’s in the fridge in the room, I would do my option of €3 for a litre of water from the bar one minute walk from my room. Just a side note, for ease they will charge everything to your room. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel, maybe a little dated in our room but generally modern. And yes I would stay again if I return to Ischia.

Where to start! What a lovely hotel, wonderful facilities and friendly staff. The location is about a 20 minute walk on a hill leading up from the port, and has a bus stop outside. Tickets can be bought at reception who were really helpful with routes and also organised a taxi when required. The outdoor pool is lovely and warm, and it was usually easy to find a sun lounger and parasol. The indoor thermal pool is blissful like a warm bath, and the are has a jacuzzi and sauna - they do ask you to wear a swim cap which I did although other guests appeared not to. We were able to eat in the restaurant if we booked, although we were bed and breakfast. The views are stunning and the staff so helpful. The hotel uses your room number to keep a tab of drinks and food which made everything easy. We had two rooms next to each other for us and our teenage boys. Both were very pretty and large and the balconies (sea view) were huge and with a lovely view across the water. If you have access needs bear in mind there are several levels (there is a lift on one side of the building) and check in advance for a room with fewer steps to get to - the hotel is quirky and has several staircases and levels. The beach platform is stunning but it is a lot of steps to get to - 271 I counted although you can stop to take a breath. My son loved it and spent hours enjoying the peace and sun there. Breakfast has a lot of choice (and I was able to get alternative milk for tea). It’s a great place and I’m glad we experienced it.
