You might think it's just another public facility, but if you're planning on visiting the Uchigu Shrine, this is the place to be. We gathered at 6:30am. In the fresh air of the early morning, the staff will guide you around the Uchigu Shrine for free. The hall is just a 5-minute walk from the Uchigu Shrine, right in front of you. The staff will carefully explain even the parts that are hard to understand in the guidebook. Since it's early in the morning, there are hardly any tourists. Are they annoying? There are no school trip kids either. I was only able to make a reservation for a room only, but I enjoyed the Ise udon noodles, the famous croquettes, and the Akafuku tea. The rooms are spacious. The bath is also spacious. The building is quiet. The parking lot is reserved for guests. It was a wonderful place to stay after visiting Ise Shrine from 600km away. I would definitely like to return. However, it's hard to make a reservation. I guess that can't be helped.

The food, baths, rooms, and customer service all make me say "I feel at ease." I feel like I can be myself, naturally and calmly, and this inn provides an environment where I can prepare for my visit to the temple the next morning. I'm grateful for that.
