Great service, amenities, and location! There’s a tour desk that can help with planning tours and the hotel has everything you need to have a great relaxing stay. I appreciated the little things such as disposable toiletries, cell charger, pajamas, slippers, small store, restaurant / bar, etc… the spa and bath is also located indoor along with an outdoor pool. We rented a car which helped get around the island and location is convenient to drive to the port to take the ferry if needed. Thank you for a great stay!

The room was very quiet and comfortable because the place was clean and the morals were respected. The shower room and toilet were very clean and easy to use. The shared space was comfortable and tableware was provided, making it a very convenient environment for buying and eating. There is an izakaya nearby and the bus stop for the airport is just a short walk away, so the location is perfect and it is inexpensive. The staff are also kind, so I would recommend this guesthouse. I went there on Christmas and participated in the takoyaki party!

The hotel has high-rise buildings with sea views and garden villas. I chose the latter because it is newly built. The price is slightly cheaper. There is a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. Just make an appointment on the hotel's official website in advance. Surprise 1 when arriving at the hotel: If you stay for two consecutive nights and do not need cleaning, but only exchange towels and yukatas, you will receive a 1,000 yen hotel supermarket shopping voucher. Surprise 2: Welcome drink in the lobby ~ Free flow of Okinawa Orion beer😍 Surprise 3: The room is very spacious, about 30 square meters, equipped with a Nestle coffee machine and 4 freshly ground coffees; there are welcome drinks in the refrigerator, 4 bottles of mineral water, 2 cans of Okinawa tea, 2 cans of sparkling wine, and 2 cans of Orion beer, only on the first day, all free😱 Toiletries are available, and the girls' skin care products are DHC. The bathtub is deep and large. Of course, people who are used to hot springs can go to the big bath. The sauna is 86 degrees. The island is hot and humid, just right for dehumidification✌️ The garden is very beautiful, and the outdoor swimming pool is particularly beautiful at night👍 Surprise 4: The buffet breakfast is very delicious, and it is most suitable for people who want to try all the local Okinawan cuisine at once. The hotel has a car rental service. You only need to make an appointment by phone in advance, pick up the car in the hotel parking lot, and return it to the same place. It costs 8,500 yen a day. Hotel is located on the south of the island which is about 20-30mins away from the airport. It is somewhat near to the port (where the ferry services to other islands are provided) but it still take about 10mins of walking. Not the nearest in terms of accessibility to bus stops/ports/convenience stores as well. Hotel has bikes that can be rented but you’ll need to have some application that the locals use, otherwise the nearest bicycle rental shop can be found on the way to the port. Hotel can also help to dial for taxis if needed. Room has a washing machine that works well and the drying machine is usually available for use. Loved the breakfast at this hotel - from local ishigaki style rice, yaeyama noodles, sorbet to sashimi I looked forward to eating breakfast everyday. Hotel is clean and also has a working electrical induction stove, fridge, freezer and microwave. Only gripe would be the location from the port and/or most of the other local attractions located at the north/central of the island. Generally I enjoyed my stay here and the hotel staff were helpful and kind.

The Vessel Hotel was very helpful from Sapporo Station. It was also very helpful in Ishigaki. It's close to the Ishigaki Remote Island Terminal, but it's about a 10-minute walk from the airport bus. It would be best if it wasn't raining, but be careful during the rainy season. It's a short distance and I feel bad taking a taxi. I gave it a 3 for location, but the facilities, service, and breakfast were perfect! Especially at breakfast, of course there was Okinawan cuisine! Even the tuna and sea grapes were delicious! Drinks! Genki was also all-you-can-drink! I would like to come back again.

The location of the hotel is okay. The breakfast is rich. There are many izakayas around.

I've been to Ishigaki before, and on my second visit I was able to relax by visiting the same places as before. The hotel has bicycles, and since the shops in Ishigaki are far apart and the hotel is a little far from the city center, it was nice to be able to rent them for free for two hours. There are McDonalds, supermarkets, and bus stops nearby, and I was also happy that the ANA beach was nearby. Being able to watch Netflix and YouTube in the room was great. *You can only watch if you're a member

The facilities and amenities were new and perfect. There was a USB port next to the bed. AirPlay was also possible. Netflix was not available. The bathroom had a small step between the room and the bathroom. There was indirect lighting. Breakfast was a buffet with not many varieties, but it was enough. There were many good points such as coin laundry, lockers that can be used before and after checking out, and free parking. There was also a video of exercises. The room faced the parking lot, so people could peek into us and taxis would pull up next to us, so there was no privacy at all, and we had to keep the curtains closed all the time, as if the room had no windows.

The hotel environment is invincible, all rooms are sea view, the rooms are quite large, the service is also very good, the housekeeping is done every day, it is very convenient to travel, the breakfast is very average, the dinner buffet is also very average, there are some good restaurants around, there is a paid bus to the airport, which is very convenient
