We booked a sea view junior suite, on checkin in it seems there weren’t any available so we were upgraded to a partial sea view suite, but we weren’t told this. While this room was very big with lots of extras, room 434, it looked directly into the 4 balconies opposite and we could only glimpse the sea. I asked the next morning about the room type we booked and that afternoon we were moved to a sea view junior suite, except it was further from the sea, room 505, over reception and far on the right, photos show what our main view was, so disappointing. This room had no water, robes, tissues etc… and the floors were grubby. I think it’s misleading to market rooms as sea view at the price they are , any other hotel we’ve stayed in with a sea view room we have looked directly onto the sea. Some of the staff in the reception bar were unfriendly and rude at times, the waiters at the pool bar were the friendliest we met there . The cocktails were inconsistent and we couldn’t order any cocktails not on the menu, they even seemed unsure of how to make the ones on the menu. The pool area is very quiet , could do with another pool bar or drinks service. It took 2 phone calls and 2 hours to get an iron and ironing board to our room. All in all I don’t feel this was a 4 star experience and feel we paid way too much for the experience we had.

3rd stay in this suite for us. We certainly enjoyed it yet again The staff were an asset to the hotel, with a special mention to Nadi in the restaurant who recognised us from previous visits with a lovely warm welcome. Food was delicious and hotel was spotless. We noticed that some services in the Presidential Suite were missing from our previous visits. There was no ice bucket with bottle of cava our pool towels in our room on arrival, there was no evening bed turndown service with a sweet on each of our pillows and no fresh towels in evening too. Also, on arrival the jacuzzi temperature was 40 degrees!! Perhaps the hotel missed this check from previous room user. We preferred 27deg which friendly Santiago did for us. Thanks Santiago. We still love this room though, enough too have already booked for 10 days in September 2025. See you all then.

We arrived at about 3:30 PM by taxi, no queue at check in, we were greeted with the offer of a glass of cava or juice. Our room was ready and we were able to access it straight away. This is our fourth visit since the hotel’s renovation, so felt at home immediately. Our room overlooked the top pool opposite the restaurant. We collected our pool towels from the hut by the pool, however during our stay there were a number of days where there were no replacement towels available. The pool areas were immaculate, the main pool was cool, an elderly gentleman slipped on getting out of the water whilst we were there, not a problem I encountered, but worth bearing in mind. There was no shortage of sun beds, always plenty available, so sun bed wars here, the sun beds were comfortable too with tables and sunshades aplenty. The restaurant has maintained its very high standard of both food quality and availability at breakfast and dinner. We didn’t eat lunch there so can’t comment on that. The restaurant staff are delightful, many of them recognising us from previous visits, it really felt like being home! Drinks prices were in line with those at hotels of a similar standard, but dearer than local bars, whether that encourages people to go out more I ‘m not sure. There is a water dispenser in the bar area too where you can refill your water bottle, that saving should be borne in mind too. There was entertainment in the bar most evenings, for some reason the ‘purpose built’ dome bar did not appear to be used. There are two large tv screens in the bar too, showing mainly sports when not displaying hotel information. The rooms are open plan, really spacious, with no separate bathroom, the toilet and shower have their own cubicles. The rooms were cleaned every day, usually whilst we were at breakfast, thanks!! The ‘bath’ towels are small so I would guess that guests are using pool towels, adding to their shortage. The steps to the pool in our block just need a bit of attention, thousands of hands have left the handrails looking grubby, out of keeping with the rest of the hotel! The tv and Wi-Fi have improved enormously since our previous visits. Another great holiday, thanks, see you all again soon.

On arrival we were greeted with a glass of bubbly which was very welcomed, we booked in to our room which wasn’t the room I originally booked which should of had a sea view, they explained that because we had booked the all inclusive at the beach bar the room they gave us was more convenient, which to be fair worked out brilliantly, but they sent a bottle of bubbly to our room in exchange for the sea view. In the room on arrival there was chocolates and a bottle of red wine waiting for us, which I thought was a nice touch, the rooms are amazing, we booked a Jnr Suit which was on the ground floor straight out on to the pool, it was one of 4 pools with sea views. The all inclusive package we decided to take included all food and drink at the beach bar from 11am until 6pm and reserved cushioned Sunbeds at the pool during your stay for €32pp which was a special offer think it’s normally €42pp, but its totally worth it the food is amazing and Majo who normally serves in the bar we can’t say enough nice things about her she is wonderful and can’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is a short walk to all the bars and shops at the back of the hotel along the sea front. We only walked into town a couple of times. as the hotels entertainment is great so there was really no need, we can’t wait to return to this hotel, so do yourselves a favour and book The Radisson blu.

We booked direct on the hotel website and reserved the Crown service. This got off to a perfect start with the chauffeur driven Mercedes limo transfer from the airport. We were efficiently checked in by Kilian, who we had communicated with beforehand and enjoyed the chilled cava offered to us. Our luggage was then wheeled to our sea front suite by Oliver, who we chatted with along the way. He also kindly brought a bottle of cava to our room on my birthday. We loved the uninterrupted sea view from our room and spent most of the day relaxing on our spacious balcony. Our housekeeper was Patricia, who not only maintained our room to a high standard, but greeted us with a lovely smile as we conversed in Spanish. Our mini bar was free with the Crown service and was refilled daily. It contained beer, water, soft drinks and four different miniature spirits. We only stayed b&b and the breakfasts were really good, with an extensive selection and attentive staff. Perhaps a couple of the show chefs could have been more friendly. The jewel in the Crown service was undoubtedly the Maar bar. This exclusive area had a lovely sophisticated feel with indoor and outdoor seating. From the hours of 11-6 you could help yourselves to a varied choice of soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits, or have coffees or cocktails made to order by the outstanding staff. We received superb service from JJ, Oier and Nicole during our stay. There were assorted fruits and pastries and a simple menu of tapas or fish dishes, freshly cooked which were delicious and well presented. There was one rather unpleasant experience here though, when two lots of British couples were clearly abusing the included alcohol, which resulted in loud voices, one woman slurring her words and the other falling over as she stood up, only to return to her seat and down more and more prosecco. We also had a return transfer in a luxury SUV and free entrance to the airport VIP lounge. All in all we had a wonderful first stay and expect to return. A couple of suggestions for management; purchase more pool towels as they constantly ran out very early and improve staffing at reception for check out at noon, as there was a long queue and just one person checking guests in and out.

This was our second visit and once again we were not disappointed .All the staff are great and are always on hand to help you . From the reception to the restaurant staff and our lovely cleaner Nanny who always said morning and happy days when you met her .Also a special mention of Nati in the restaurant who treat everyone like you are one of her family. A very lovely lady .The rooms are all nice and spacious and if you don't want to go down by the pool there are sunbeds on your balcony. But with it being a adults only hotel .There are always plenty sunbeds at anytime of the day by the pools .Two if which are heated down the bottom of grounds .And once again the food was lovely.Plenty of choices. And some Love theme nights especially the Chinese mmm.You will be hard pushed to find any fault with this hotel . We only stopped in for one night to watch entertainment which was good. We were there for ten days. There is a lovely bar just outside of hotel called Dickens .But you need to get there early for a seat as it's very popular. And if you fancy a lovely meal out .I recommend el Nevarros just across the Rd from the Radisson. Its a lovely restaurant and is a little gem in Costa Taquise .In fact it's probably the best restaurant on the resort. So if you want a child free and chilled out break this hotel ticks all the boxes. So a big thank you to the manager and all the wonderful staff for another great stay at the Radisson Blu .We will definitely be back next year.

We stayed over Christmas when the hotel was busier than usual and the strain showed but the staff did a good job to deliver a pleasant stay. The room is large and comfortable with particularly nice balcony set up and a comfortable bed. The rooms are beginning to show wear particularly around the shower area. The bath towels were tiny berely covering the essentials and I’m not big! We had to change rooms ( once off situation so I wont go into it) and whilst tge first room had dressing gowns water and tissues the second did not. All would have been expected and welcome. We were half board and found the food varied, hot and good. The breakfast was particularly good with fresh orange juice. The waitstaff were quick efficient and friendly. The bar area near the dining room was not appealing. It was just a lobby bar not helped by the big telly and the seating configuration. Similarly whilst the evening entertainment was good the big tent venue was without heart or warmth. There was very little happening around the hotel and whilst the four pool set up allows a good deal of space and privacy it is at the expense of conviviality.
