This place was a wonderful home base while on Isla Isabela. Byron was amazing from initial check in to answering questions throughout our stay. We stayed in Room 13, which was plenty big for our family of 3. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool and courtyard were a relaxing oasis. Breakfast each morning included granola, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee/tea, eggs, and a starch or bread, and sometimes a protein. Each day the food was a little different, which was so nice. The walk to the beach and main “drag” was 5 mins. Many restaurants and spots for treats are close by. We’d stay again!

Really nice hotel with super helpful staff! It has a nice pool and it is super close to the centre. We enjoyed our stay her a lot. The breakfast costs 5$ and it is really nice. Especially for the price. Our room was clean and tidy. Overall we had a great experience at the Loja hotel!

We had a couple of nights here and Leslie was so helpful and accommodating. It’s a nice relaxing spot with a nice pool and very clean, comfortable rooms. Leslie even helped us out with cash when the islands only atm broke. They couldn’t have made everything any easier.

Excelente Experiencia en Hotel Loja! Desayuno muy rico que varía todos los días, habitaciones muy cómodas, excelente wifi incluso para trabajar, espacios comunes y una pileta preciosa con hidromasaje, personal súper predispuesto a ayudar y dar recomendaciones. Ideal para ir en familia, con pareja o solos, buen ambiente y ubicación. El mejor a un precio excelente, muy buen desayuno y variado, todos muy amables, la habitación que nos toco era hermosa y súper amplia! Nos hospedamos en san Cristobal y Santa Cruz tmb por el mismo precio,y nada que ver a este!! Loja se lleva el 10 !!! Lo súper recomiendo!

Extrem zuvorkommend und verständnisvoll- auch in Notfallsitiationen. Notfall Rückkehr, musste ins Reisebüro und hatte kein Bargeld, Geldautomat funktionnierte nicht, Angestellte offerierten gratis Kaffee und hatten extrem Geduld.

Hermoso lugar! Muy cogedor, limpio, céntrico y de los pocos lugares con piscina en Puerto Villamil. Una opción muy buena entre precio y calidad. Recomendado el desayuno. Cerca de muchos restaurantes y agencias.
