Nice hotel grounds and good accomodation, but nothing wow. In my opinion quite a bit too pricey for what they offer! Most of the staff are not very friendly and seem fed up.... Except for the girl at reception, the older evening bar man, the entertainment girl and the best of all is the man responsable for the wild and free animals residing there! He was the most truly welcoming and friendly guy we met! I was a bit disapointed about the whole peninsula ( san bernard islands) I had thought they would be a bit "off the beaten track" since they are so far from Cartagena...but they are purely touristic!! Isla Grande ( 1hr from Cartagena) is more authentic than these islands!

Terrible food, especially if you've payed for the all inclusive plan, eat in the town outback. Customer service is poor, room has no ventilation, water is the only thing worth the money in my opinion.

This is paradise. The staff is the best part. They are kind, fun and committed to you having the best time, specially Argen and Carlos Mário, they are the best!! The food, although not very varied, is delicious and the portion size is perfect. The tours they offer are awesome, I recommend going on the snorkeling and the plancton. Also, do not forget your snorkel (if you do, don't worry, they rent them in the hotel) since you can see a lot of sea life just outside the hotel. The private beach is wonderful and the area of the hotel, perfect. Just don't forget to put a lot of sunscreen on and bring some repelent also. The insects can be merciless. The fresh water is limited on the island, and also a little salty... and there is not hot water in the showers, but trust me, you will not miss it!!! Disconnect from the world and just enjoy the sun, the silence, the sea.....

La atención del personal Gabriel, Edwin , Jesús y el chef Felipe nos hicieron sentir mejor que en casa. Ya habíamos estado en esta isla, esta vez sólo había alojamiento en casa Azul, colchones duros como piedras, nada recomendable. Yo no las ofrecería… La otra vez estuvimos en las que tienen forma de barco y muy bien..

Nous sommes venus ici 4 jours et c'était très bien. Très bon accueil avec un cocktail de bienvenue. Personnel très sympathique. La chambre était assez grande, le ménage fait tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est correct, il mériterait d'être plus consistant. Les cocktails sont bons. La nourriture du restaurant est bonne. Le kilo de langoustes pour 34e pour 2 est moins cher qu'au village de pêcheurs et au restaurant sur la plage. Ne pas hésiter. A recommander.

Nos encantó más la Suits tiene una vista única. Valió la pena tanto la espera como el trayecto para su llegada. No se lo pueden perder única experiencia en la vida

Definitivamente un lugar que lo tiene todo para desconectarse de la rutina y la ciudad. Un escape al descanso total! El lugar es hermoso, limpio, muy organizado, excelente comida, y todos los que trabajan allí, siempre super atentos, amables y con un sonrisa. Gracias por esos dias espectaculares!!! Dios mediante volverémos porque nos quedaron muchas cosas por hacer y mas dias en ese lindo lugar
