Service here has gone downhill in the year since we were here last. As 'elite' owners you expect a great visit, but this has started off in hell. I ordered a piece of beef tenderloin for dinner at Noi, the chef came out and was telling me how good it was going to be. He forgot to mention that they didn't unwrap it from all the plastic cling film they stored it in so I ended up with a beef tenderloin that was cooked and served in plastic. Thankfully, eating melted cling film doesn't cause cancer but it does put you off from wanting to eat at the resort so I guess I have a week of looking at everything before I eat it. For a $60K investment this was a bit of a kick in the teeth. I honestly hope management does enough during this week to make me forget about this or maybe it's time to discuss their default on the promises to owners. Whatever you do, don't buy in to Tafer Resorts because the first couple trips are great but the third and now fourth have ******.

Everything you could ever imagine you could ever need was taken care of… we left feeling spoiled and pampered.. we had an ultra suite w/ocean view with a butler… our butlers, Alexa and Marco, went above and beyond to make us feel like family… highly recommend and can’t wait to go back 😎😎😎😎😎

We recently returned from our 10-year anniversary trip to Cancun and stayed at Hotel Mousai. It could not have been more magnificent. If you are looking into staying here, I would HIGHLY recommend it. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and our stay. From the moment you walk in you can tell it is special. Everything is stunning and it even smells luxurious. The service is impeccable. Every single person who helped us was professional, attentive, and polite. The room we purchased came with a 24-hour Butler service, and I must give a huge shout out to our favorite Butler, Carlos, who was absolutely extraordinary. He continuously went above and beyond to ensure our stay was remarkable. Thank you, Carlos! Aside from this the food is not only delicious but presented so beautifully. There were two pools and both were lovely, relaxing, and so enjoyable. We will absolutely return to Hotel Mousai in the future!

Let me start by saying Alexa (Our butler) was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our stay smooth, enjoyable and easy. The hotel was clean and food was excellent. I love the art work in every corner of the hotel. The roof top was spectacular! The only complain I have was if they could have transparency upfront in regards to the hotel credit and how you can use them. I will definitely recommend the hotel and plan to come back. Me and my husband had amazing time.

Excellent service, whatever you ask for the staff does everything in their power to make it happen. The food was excellent. We spent most of our time at the rooftop pool, or enjoying the hot tub on our balcony. If you are looking for an adults only resort, Hotel Mousai is the place to stay.
