new spot that decided to book for one night  it was very clean and the food was actually good for an all inclusive

The hotel staff, especially intra The Bungalow (Rayo and Luis), are exceptional. The staff’s hospitality is radiant and infectious. Hotel property is well-manicured, well-maintained. The entertainment is novelty and blends local culture.

There were many families at the resort but there is also an adults only pool area. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the resort was well laid out. The seafood at the Mexican restaurant was not fresh and had a fishy taste. Food at the sports bar was quite good. The Mediterranean restaurant was very enjoyable. Beach is somewhat small being limited by the adjacent marina entrances but well maintained. Very enjoyable stay

We had an absolute blast at SLS! The food was great, the activities were fun, but the staff was amazing! Ever was our drink waiter, hustling all week from Twiggy to the beach and always made us laugh. Jonah at the children's pool always knew the best drink for us! Great staff to spend the week with all around.

This has been the best resort and experience in Mexico by far! I have come to Mexico a 7 times. Ciro the bartender at the twiggy bar is AMAZING! He is so nice, personable, and a joy to be around. The food is amazing. Not enough characters to describe my experience! If you are looking for your next stay please book

When I say this is the best resort I have ever stayed in, it is an understatement. The service and experience is incredible. The staff is extremely professional, helpful, friendly and attentive. Everything is extremely clean and the aesthetics and decor are AMAZING. The SLS makes it hard to want to stay anywhere else. For this to be SLS’ first all inclusive resort, they have really done their due diligence in making this experience phenomenal. The entire time I felt safe and comfortable. We absolutely love the entire Twiggy bar staff—Ciro, Daniel, Jostin, Rodrigo and Celso. They really made sure I had a great time everyday and the bar was clean. The food at this resort is like no other. If you come here, you need to make sure the first place you eat at is Cleo. We tried to eat at different place everyday and each restaurant topped the other. The spa is absolutely gorgeous and my massage with Daniela was great. I am extremely impressed with this resort overall and truly hope SLS continues to create all inclusive experiences around the world.
