The restaurant provides a buffet with three meals a day, and the variety is very rich. Dinner can be eaten until two o'clock in the morning at the latest. The luggage cannot be moved up and down on the stone pavement, so the bellman needs help to carry it.
The hotel is a good hotel. Except for the fact that the room is very humid, the quilt on the big bed is too short and cannot cover the feet, the pillows are uncomfortable and smell of greasy hair, there are many black flying insects, and the hygiene is not good enough, everything else is good. Everything about this hotel is very good. The location is between the Bodrum city center and Gümüslük and Yalikavak (must visit destinations).The rooms are clean ,the food is great and the staff are very friendly especially Hussein, Mustafa and Buse. The only thing that can be improved is the cats and dogs at the hotel garden. There are lots of them.

Eylul and nazli is the best animator in the world! I recommend it to anyone who visits this place with a child ! Best best best best best best! The food and everything was so good we really had a great time in this hotel we totally reccomend this hotel to our friends!!

I will write in English, but i travelled from Polish agency Itaka (flight from Poland). I am experienced traveller. I got surprised reading bad comments especially from counties post soviet It will be a hard to find as picturesque beach in hotels of this price category. The location is really unique. The green garden of palms, trees and flowers protects you from sun, it is safe for kids to go though this shadow to the beach. The beach is super comfortable and the water is crystal clear. What do you guys talking about? Golden interiors? Than book Hilton in your city and do not bother visiting other countries. The food taste like home food and it is very fresh and good for this price. Hotel is sustainable, no plastic bottles used, recycled trash. Hotel cares (as they can) for stray animals who are very nice and reduce stress. Yes, it is not brand new interior. No, there is no gold chandeliers. No, there is no drunk parties after midnight. If you are looking for this - stay home, but do not rate beautiful Karaiba so low. The people here is treasure - they do not wait for tips, they really care, always smile and look happy. Burat (sorry may be i am wrong, the guy at the reception with a bit longer hair cut) - you were very helpful with advising the room, it was the one o needed. BTW building 8-and it was north side, quite and no any smell people were mentioning here. Restaurant - Murat, Ali, you are the best! Always helpful. P. S. The only request - please sterilise the cats. It will be better for them. Cats are too young to have kittens. I felt sorry for some of them.

We had a wonderful time in this resort. We went with 2 adults and 2 kids age 6 and 4 and they had so much to do. The mini club was amazing and so good with the kids. I would definitely recommend! The beach in the resort is very handy as you don't need to leave the resort. The evening entertainment run by the team was so good and the kids had the best time.
