Excellent hotel, everything was very good, from the facilities, food and staff. I recommend a possible stay. As less favorable information, I would say that the opening/closing hours of the hotel's car park are not recommended for a tourist area.

The facilities and location are good, the staff that works at the hotel, the waiters/waitresses as well as the cooks/waitresses are very friendly and do a great job. The reception staff is not as friendly as I think they should be for the position they hold and the cleaning staff is willing and probably due to an excess of workload, but they do not clean the rooms daily with a minimum, for example, the ashtray on the terrace that was made of glass broke and we spent our entire stay (more than a week) finding glass on the floor. The bench in the room that was used as a storage room always had sand from the beach on it, the side table where we put our glasses, they barely cleaned it, they left a brush in the bathroom and it was there for two days, etc…

The hotel is so beautiful. Couldn't fault a single thing. We had a junior suite with a sea view. Only criticism I have is that when you sit on the balcony, you can't actually see any view because of the black metal woven balcony front. We thought at first it was only our balcony but they are all the same.

Fabulous looking hotel with such a lovely pool and on the beach, but water in pool was very cold, pool bar had 6 flights of steps to walk up with no ramp that I could see so very hard getting back down with drinks in hand, cocktails was a disaster made with packet stuff, sangria very watered down only had 1 of each so brought drink in had no choice as there is not much around except a handful of shops and about 4 restaraunts with mainly all fish dishes same as hotel but hotel food was very cold no warm plates so by time you got back to your table your food was stone cold. Would not return .

Amazing ambience. Loved all the greenery and the spacious garden. I think two sittings for evening meal would be in order to avoid crowding. Eight o'clock is too late to have dinner. The waiters served drinks promptly despite being under pressure. I liked the little actions taken to care for the environment.

Stayed here for a week as part of a large group on an entertainment break. Stay was on an all-inclusive basis. There is a nice promenade walk, which is well maintained, adjacent to the hotel. Pool areas were well maintained and the loungers were in good shape. Towels were available for a deposit which was refundable at the end of the stay. Had a junior suite which was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom and bedding were of a very good standard and the A/C worked well. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style. The layout of the cooking area for both breakfast and dinner was very poor. Big queues each day. A small revision in the layout would improve flow and reduce the queues significantly. Management- please note. The variety of food was good. Some of the dinner mains were very average, at best. The staff in the dining room and bars were very pleasant and engaging.
