1.攜程在海外非常弱勢，簽的不可退是真的不可退，即使發生自然災害無法入住，也不會幫你辦可退。攜程會讓你自行聯繫酒店，他們沒有任何抓手讓酒店退款。攜程保護酒店的權益遠多過消費者。且攜程服務前後嚴重不一致，一個人説內部會對我做補償，最後一通電話説他們啥也不會做。我估計是這樣的投訴出現太多了，攜程為避免集體索賠，所以給出了最終回覆，沒有任何解決。這事我衹能投訴消協，建議攜程做好應對哈。
2.這家旅館是家庭作坊，電話是基本打不通的，語音留言是不會回覆的。態度是冷漠強硬的，拒不負責。最大化利用政策，即使蘇格蘭暴風導致當天所有船衹停業無法入住，旅館也拒不退款或者改期。這使得我損失了3500元，花錢買了個沉痛教訓。

Great place to stay Would definitely come back and stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is of a good standard. location of the guest house was ideal for us and views are amazing . Rooms had everything that you need and were very clean .

Very comfortable room and bed, excellent shower. Lovely sea views. Spotless. I totally recommend the full Scottish breakfast, excellent quality, totally home cooked. If you are looking for a quiet and honest place to stay, this is the place. We had a fantastic time!

Really beautiful room with excellent view. Great big windows onto the firth. Attractive display of coffee and tea in room. Great, comfortable bed. Excellent bathtub with shower. Breakfast included was wonderful. Ian was an excellent host. Parking available for free right outfront. Highly recommend.

Excellent seafront location with stunning views, very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast very good. Nice walks along the beach opposite, lots of wildlife (birds) to watch. Cafe, restaurant and pub within a walk (less than a mile, on the flat). All in all a great experience, if in the area we would definitely stay again.

Choose room with no view, was adequate but cramped. Go for the view and pay the extra. Breakfast 10/10. Hosts very friendly. Right opposite sea. Couple of things in room need fixed, toilet flush button missing. Shower tray can see that overflowing as not deep enough to drain, maybe drain needs clearing. Coat area hanging rail, would mess the wallpaper if coats were wet. Breakfast table, cups go on right and plates on left, just a wee hint. Happy enough though as Arran is an expensive place. Bed very low down, but comfortable enough. Basic TV, no apps. Wifi connection was very good.

Dirty room. Apart from the location which was fantastic I wouldn't stay here again. Our room was dirty and dusty. We had cobwebs in the window with dead flies in. Dust on TV, headboard, lamps, radiators and skirting boards. The shower was dirty and the water didn't go down the plug hole till wed cleaned it out. The shower head was dirty, there was dirt in grout everywhere. Toilet rolls were nearly empty on arrival, no tea or water just coffee pods. Someone else's hair on the dark blue sofa and the curtains just about drew together ( we were a downstairs room) On a good note the bedding was clean and the breakfast was nice. Self check in wasn't straight forward and weeds in the front of the house and planters.

Impromptu trip to Arran for the 1st time in 20 years and with great luck the Burlington was available. Wonderful guest house with incredible views. Duncan is a friendly, wonderful host, nothing is too much trouble. He made 1 of the best meals I've had in a long long time in the on site restaurant. The haggis bon bons starter was absolutely fantastic and fish and chips superb too. Excellent value for money with portion sizes and quality. Fantastic room. Clean. Well equipped with an amazing sea view. Ill be back as soon as I can be with family. What an absolute gem this place is!
