1. Smoky room 2. Air conditioning practically does not work. 3. The ventilation is noisy 4. The shower is practically broken 5. The food in the restaurant sucks. The lamb is overcooked and tough. 6. There is practically nothing around the hotel. 7. The staff is extremely unprofessional. They don’t speak any language other than Turkish. You can only communicate with Google Translator, and even then with difficulty. Pros: Nice spa. Thermal pool. Hammam. Sauna. Bottom line: Despite the supposedly luxurious rooms and a good spa, you can’t go here.

Karatay Termal Köyü is a quiet hotel to relax in. We had a flawless holiday and a good rest from daily stress. The thermal pool area is great. Also in the rooms there is a large bathtub with thermal water supply, we loved it. We are traveling with a baby and i can say that it is also suitable for babies. All the Staff is helpful and friendly. Thank you very much for this great holiday! We will definitely come back soon!

Termal otel olanakları çok güzel, çalışanlar ***et ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Yemekler lezzetli güzel ve istediğiniz kadar getiriyorlar bu konuda hiç sıkıntı yok fakat bardak, çatal kaşık gibi şeyler temiz değildi. Bardaklar özellikle çay bardakları çok lekeli çatalların üzerinde de yemek lekeleri vardı. 3 yıldızı bu nedenle verdim. Temizliğe biraz daha dikkat edilirse iyi olur.

Bir haftalık tatil sürecini değerlendirip karatay termale gitmeye karar verdik odalar çok güzel ve temiz odadaki havuz büyüklüğü ideal. Odada çay makinası ve mikrodalga fırın mevcut. Büyük havuz ayrı binada olduğu için çocuklarla biraz sorun oldu hava soğuk olduğu için gidiş dönüşlerde biraz üşüdüler. Ama büyük havuz güzel temizliği güzel çalışanlar çok ilgili güler yüzlü yemekleri güzel aç kalmazsınız öğlen çay saati var ayrıca. Akşamları çocuklar için çeşitli etkinlikler oldu. Büyük havuza belli bir yaşın altındaki çocuklar sokulmuyor bu benim için biraz problem oldu iki yaşındaki bebeğimi çocuk havuzunda yalnız bırakamadığım için büyük havuza girme şansım az oldu malesef o yüzden küçük çocuğunuz varsa nöbetleşe girebileceğiniz birisi ile gitmenizi tavsiye ederim. Yeni bir yerleşke olduğu için etrafta çok bir şey yok oyun parkları mevcut çocuklar için. Ayrıca Saunası büyükler için oyun grupları ve spor salonu mevcut

Karatay Termal Tatil Köyünde ailecek konforlu ve keyifli 5 gün geçirdik. Gerçek bir sağlık turizmi arzu edenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Sakin, huzurlu ortam, sağlık ekibi, hacamat, sülük, fizyoterapi uzmanları ve masörleri dört dörtlük. Medikal masajdan Aliye hanıma, sülük tedavisinde Melih beye çooook teşekkürler. Ayrıca her işimize güler yüzle yardımcı olan Rıfat bey, Akay bey ve Melike hanıma özel teşekkürler. Kısacası evimizde gibi rahat ettik Asuman Kalufya
