午夜時分到達旅店，結果櫃台說浴室水管爆炸，把我帶到令一間旅館，連續兩晚，第三晚回來時，準備給我的房間，又被人住了，把我放在沒人要的五樓，更誇張的是，洗個頭髮，跑個腳，竟然被櫃台大敲門，恐嚇威脅的語氣罵，說水流下去了，我怎麼沒看到漏水的，下面卻下雨，他們本身地板有漏水，不抓漏，反而放浴缸在那給人使用，更何況這根本不是我訂的房間，被罵到氣哭 找朋友來溝通….我覺得它怎麼可能有9.1啊，早餐也不好，工作人員心不在焉，，兩三個櫃台，只有老板在的時候，他們才以客為尊，黑店就是這種，超訂 就把有禮貌的客人踢來踢去，真糟糕。
房間很暗，早知就待在被放的令一家旅館就好了，花錢受罪。 倒霉

Stayed here for 3 nights on a recent trip through Istanbul and would highly recommend! The staff were SO friendly and consistently exceeded expectations for hospitality. The breakfast is phenomenal and you get to eat it in the back garden, which was a highlight every morning. There is a coffee shop, some small shops, and good restaurants nearby. The same family also owns a local restaurant which I highly recommend as the food was delicious, just like having a home cooked meal. Felt very safe here, and the rooms are also nice, clean, and fairly large. Would highly recommend!

Mooi hotel met super vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Wij hadden een grote kamer op de derde verdieping met ramen aan 4 kanten. Uitzicht op zee maar ook op de Blauwe moskee die in de avond mooi verlicht was. Perfect en zeer uitgebreid Turks ontbijt (veel te veel voor ons).
