The hotel is brand new. Interior is stylish and high quality. Rooms are not very big, but really comfortable, everything was placed competently and thought out. There's a special place for suitcases in the closet. Also there's an elevator so it's convenient to carry luggage. The location is amazing, between sultanahmet and sirkeci. Tram stop right around the corner from the house. It's also convenient that a taxi can drive up to the hotel. When I stayed in other hotels on narrow streets taxi drivers couldn't go inside and had to walk to the hotel. The staff is very polite and friendly. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable! I really want to come back here again.

The most unpleasant stay I have ever had in İstanbul. According to the app, I had booked a room with two double beds. Arrived at the hotel it turned out that there are no such rooms there. I spent the first night in a tiny room with not even enough space to open my suitcase. The WiFi didn't work on the floor, there was a loud forced ventilation in the bathroom, which didn't allow for a peaceful sleep. After complaining I was promised that the ventilation would be turned off, which was not the case. The room we were offered the next morning was a joke. Tiny, two narrow beds, only a tiny little window hidden behind a curtain. After refusing to move into this room, we were offered an equally tiny room with a window. Again no place to open suitcase, forced ventilation 24/7, room wasn't cleaned on any day, beds not made. When I fell something I could see that there was a thick layer of dust and rubbish under the bed. The good location, the nice bathroom and the possibility to watch netflix on the room TV remain positive. I cannot recommend the hotel.
