Staying at the beautiful Green Roof Botique hotel was a wonderful expierence and I was very impressed and grateful for the incredible service I received. I was looking for a quiet place to stay and I found this place by chance. Jamol is nothing short of amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I travel a lot for work and have stayed in many hotels, but I have never received this level of service and never felt so welcomed elsewhere. This place provides excellent service and is so peaceful and feels like a home away from home and the team is incredible. Everything is new and very clean and the food is delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent hotel. Very large and clean rooms. Excellent, large bed. Large and comfortable shower. Nice staff, helps with every question. Nice to talk to. Very good hotel for Turkey.

A truly modest and loving hotel, it felt more like a family home than a hotel. The spa, sauna and Turkish bath look quite architectural and nice, there is a large backyard and sweet cats and dogs around. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the hotel owner Vahdettin Bey for his attitude. A wonderful place, definitely worth the price.

We left and got a different hotel as we were not comfortable staying there, even though we prepaid. Pictures do not match the property. We were given a room that already had people in it and we walked in on them. We were then given a master key that opened all rooms - we know because we were able to open our kids room too. It was advertised as a spa hotel but pool etc. out of action. Bathroom dirty. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere and we had to pay an uber to come out to collect us.

Outstanding hotel for its class. Welcoming, friendly and efficient service. Family run and the care shows. Recently renovated so all in great condition. Excellent value too. Thank you. I stayed just one night (20/11/24) as a stopover - if only I could have stayed longer and used the pool and sauna. (NB I should add that I am a Fellow of the Institute of Travel & Tourism in the UK - so I have a fair amount of experience of reviewing hotels from a professional trade perspective).

I loved the hotel! It's very new and beautifully decorated. The rooms are super clean, neat, and spacious. The window views, especially through the panoramic windows, are just amazing! The hotel grounds were also lovely, with a patio, tables with umbrellas, and paved walkways (and there are also cute and friendly cats outside:) We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hammam - swimming at sunset is truly something special! I loved the peacefulness and quiet of the place. The lobby area was also a favorite of ours, with huge panoramic windows, where you can sit and work. The internet connection was great, and the room had a comfortable desk for working as well. The hotel's location is very convenient, being close to the airport and near a charming town - Karaburun, with its beach, stores, and cafes. You can get there by Uber, hotel taxi, or even by walking (just be careful of the cars and there are no sidewalks), we jogged there one morning, and it only took about 15 minutes to reach the beach. A note about the food - for me it was a wonderful experience trying Turkish cuisine for the first time. The hotel offered delicious breakfasts (the cheese selection was amazing), and we also ordered lunches and dinners. The variety of dishes we tried during our stay was impressive! Everything was super tasty, and the portions were huge. The kitchen staff was super polite, caring, and helpful. Special thanks to the hotel owners and staff. I've stayed in many hotels, but I've never experienced such a high level of hospitality. Even though we were a big group, we always felt well cared for. The hotel staff was always easy to reach, very friendly, and incredibly helpful. If I ever get the chance, I'd definitely stay there again. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this small hotel. It is about 15 minutes from IST airport and made sense for us to stay here as we had an early flight the next day. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. They spoke perfect English. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was very good. We took an Uber to and from the hotel and we Ubered to nearby town of Karaburun. The town sits on the Black Sea. I recommend Hanimeli Balik Retsaurant and catching the sunset from the lighthouse. There is a small pool and the water was fine. Note we had trouble getting an Uber back from the restauarant so a staffer from the Hanimeli restaurant drove us back to the hotel. Amazing hospitality. I would definitely stay here again. It is far from Istanbul Center but close to the airport. Very rural and quiet.

I don’t understand who are these people who enjoyed staying here. Yes, the hotel is new, and this is THE ONLY good thing about it. It’s just a building on the road with no atmosphere and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The water in the indoor pool is cold in the end of June, it’s just outrageous that a hotel with this price doesn’t bother to heat the water. The employees are rude, the conditioner works horribly and the room is hot as well as all common areas, hotel employees smoke at the indoor pool, when you order food for dinner they simply forget about it even when you are the only client. The bed is very hard but compared to the rest it’s a small thing. Oh and when you open the window because it’s freaking hot in the room you get a ton of mosquitos. And they have nothing for mosquitos on the reception. The windows are meant to be panoramic but they are dirty. It’s not a hotel it’s a joke.
