From the first welcome to the final goodbye, every second of our stay at White Palace was exceptional. Located perfectly for exploring the city, but in a peaceful back street so you can quietly enjoy the incredible views. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with modern and chic decor. The bathroom, too, was spacious, and although there was a bit of a drain smell initially the staff ran the water in the bathroom as we checked in which cleared the smell and there were no further issues. The extensive balcony with the room provided a perfect place to relax and take in the phenomenal view of the city. We were late for breakfast one day but the staff were happy for us to rescue some items as they were clearing away and allowed us to enjoy the breakfast later, even with fresh tea. We also made use of the airport transfer on the way home which was easy to book via the hotel's WhatsApp chat, and was such a comfortable journey. I couldn't recommend this hotel more highly for a perfect place to stay in Istanbul.

Attention cet Hôtel porte le nom de White Palace Haliç et fait doublon avec l'autre Hôtel du même nom sans le... Haliç, je fais le nécessaire auprès de Trip Advisor. HOTEL et SITUATION : L'Hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Istanbul, à proximité des lieux primordiaux de Sultanahmet. Transports public à proximité, Métro Halic 6 mns (M2 qui traverse la ville N/Sud et dessert l'aéroport d’Istanbul en 1h20 mns pour une somme modique) , tram 5 qui longe le Halic vers Eyup et enfin Eminonu à 10 mns de marche si nécessaire... A votre réservation l'Hôtel vous envoie un lien vidéo "parfait" pour préparer votre arrivée même tardive. Étages desservis par un ascenseur, roof-top dont je n'ai pu profiter (Voir photo) car pluie et neige continue, seule ombre à ce séjour ! CHAMBRE : Je suis grand et costaud donc ma chambre était toutefois petite mais fonctionnelle, literie très bien, salle de bain nickel (Serviettes, shampoing, sèche-cheveux, savon). Thé ou café avec bouilloire disponible dans la chambre comme thé à la demande à l’accueil. Wifi chambre OK. Petit déjeuner servi de 8 à 10 h, choix en sucré / salé self service. Supérettes pratiques à proximité, boulanger, plusieurs kebab et fast-food, je peux conseiller "Azimet et Lokantasi" à 150 m de l'hôtel qui fait des plats chauds style cafétéria pour une somme modique. PERSONNEL : PARFAIT ! Accueil assumé H24, réactifs aux soucis qui se présenteraient, informe sur de nombreux sujets. Petit déjeuners assuré par Okasana, la touche "féminine" de l'équipe, adorable et très serviable. Service d'étage, literie changée tous les jours sur ma semaine de présence, remplacement serviettes et produits, nettoyage et ménage en votre absence. Globalement l'on se sent bien au White Palace Haliç ! Je ne manquerais pas de revenir y séjourner et vous le conseille fortement, l'hospitalité turque y est bien présente. Merci les ami(e)s
