The facilities is quite small and the service os very bad. The front office was very rude. We couldnt get late check out even though we wanted to pay more because my mom is very old and using wheel chair. Please becarefull with thia guy.. you shouldn’t treating guest with bad manner and shouting out.. Remember that Guest is KING!!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Orient train station and everything the old town has to offer. The room is comfortable and all facilities are new. The front desk staff was very attentive and helped us book a taxi to the airport, which is highly recommended.

The location is behind the train station and we found it very comfortable. We stayed for 1 night with my fiancee as a trip to Istanbul. Our room was ***et clean and nice. Nothing we saw in the photos misled us. We had a nice stay. The reception was very polite. We thank you. I recommend it. The price is ***et good. (The only thing missing was that there was no mirror in the toilet and there was no water in our room.)

Небольшой, очень уютный отель. Находится в 7 минутах от станции метро. Босфор, Топкапы, София, Голубая, Гранд Базар, все в шаговой доступности. Рядом огромный выбор кафешек, на любой вкус и бюджет. Номер небольшой, но очень уютный, очень чистый, есть все необходимое(тапки, комплект полотенец, шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, мыло кусочки, жидкое мыло, фен, т. бумага), 2 маленьких бутылки воды, каждый день, кофе, чай, сахар. Кипельно белое постельное белье и полотенца. Очень удобная и большая кровать, спать на ней одно удовольствие. Удачно подобранное освещение, создаёт дополнительный уют. Все новенькое. Кондиционер работает на тепло, в холодное время. Всегда есть горячая вода, с прекрасным напором. Очень удобная и многофункциональная душевая кабина. Каждый день уборка! Есть лифт. Мне было уютно, комфортно и тепло! Хочу выразить свою благодарность, сотруднику ресепшен Аслану, за тёплый приём и доброе, внимательно обслуживание.

立地もコスパも清潔さも良い。ただし、問題点が2点ある。一つ目は、臭いである。恐らくトイレの方から、下水の臭いが微かにする。二つ目は、シャワーの温度調節の難しさである。シャワーの温度が一定ではなく、いきなり熱くなったりいきなり冷たくなったり、中々暖まらなかったり、大変。

The reception/management was really accommodating and let me have an early check in and late check out. Location is perfect, a minute walk to the main station with lots of cafes and restaurants around and 5-10 minutes walk to get on the ferry. Room was clean and the surroundings quiet enough to have a good night sleep. Will definitely consider staying again

We spent a super nice week in Mara old city hotel. The hotel is super modern (recently renovated) in the heart of the old town of Istanbul. The staff is nice & give you advice to enjoy your stay in Istanbul. I definitly recommend you this hotel !!

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The location is spot on close to everything. Lovely atmosphere I would definitely recommend visiting. Close to restaurants, the bazaar is walking distance accessible to everything. The staff are amazing very helpful very friendly that always makes you feel like home.
