An excellent stay. Omar, sinan and all the staff at reception were excellent. They were professional , very welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is still new so all facilities are great. The room and bathroom was very clean and neat. The location is the best just opposite the grand bazaar. Will definitely return to this hotel.
