However, the comfort of the stay did not meet my expectations. I had booked a room that was described as having a desk, but the room I received did not include one, contrary to the description. Furthermore, the room was significantly smaller than anticipated.
Additionally, some fixtures in the bathroom were not functioning initially. Thankfully, the staff promptly addressed and resolved these issues, which I appreciated.

The hotel is located on a small road in the old town. The location is very convenient. Various classic attractions can be reached on foot, but some slopes need to be climbed. It is about 8 minutes' walk from the T1 tram station. The hotel breakfast is quite rich. The room is a little small, but considering the price, the price-performance ratio is acceptable. The front desk and restaurant staff are very professional and can communicate in English without any obstacles.

The hotel is very clean and hygienic. There are many attractions around. You can see the cathedral across the door and walk a few hundred meters next door to the Water Palace. There are also many restaurants around. The waiter in the lobby downstairs was very nice. We gave him a tip and helped carry our luggage upstairs. In fact, he didn't force us to do it. Good service, good breakfast, good location. Bad air conditioning, the remote control didn't work and it turned off every so often and you couldn't rest well in the heat. The hot water in the shower was difficult to regulate and since it didn't have a door, almost half of the floor got wet. The towels are not changed every day. The best is the people who attend 24 hours a day.
