We love this hotel
Two hours far from Istanbul centre by tram
Kemal in the reception is very friendly and supportive
Sena in the bar service lovely girl , all other staff no smiling at all not like last year

The only problem i had is with the AC that only blows hot air during winter. so you have no other options to cool up the room but to open the windows, apart from that everything was amazing. Rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are so nice and will always go above and beyond to help you.

I've stayed at several different hotels and this was my favourite. It's really close to the shopping mall and public transportation. The room is very comfortable. The service is excellent. I really enjoyed the Coffee Bar and complimentary snacks. The Staff were really friendly. You can't beat the price.
