This has been the worst turkish hamam I have been to (and I have been to many). The whole experience should be relaxing and ritualistic, but this has been neither. Instead of doing sauna, peeling, soap massage and oil massage (the right order, as they do literally everywhere else), they first sent us to oil massage, after that with masks on our face to sauna (which literally makes no sense to go to sauna covered in oil). They hurry us to sauna, but we could not leave sooner than we were told. After that, they have done soap & peeling all together which left our skin completely dry. Not to mention, that instead of doing me and my friends at the same time, one of us was just watching the other one, what was kind of weird (and I can imagine for many people absolutely unpleasant). Surprisingly no one asked us whether we liked this experience. Also, the place could have been cleaner.

I booked for a hammam, massage and sauna. Unfortunately very poor experience poorly received, bad massage, no scrub wash just with soap and shampoo no scrub for the spa really to avoid. very unpleasant staff do not speak English very difficult to make yourself understood

Avoid this hotel!!! Pure Istanbul rip off. You are paying too much for services that you will not get. We were manhandled throughout the hammam. Poor service Poor cleanliness The customer has no value to them. When I wanted to challenge, the manager had literally told me: I'm the boss go complain where you want! Worst experience of my life.
