Location is good, near Besiktas ferry, 15 minutes walk to kabatas subway and tram, easy to find a taxi. It is very close to Dolmabahce palace.
Rooms are clean, no breakfast but there are many restaurants nearby. There is a bit of noise because it is on the main road. Staff are courteous and helpful. Overall good experience

Very Good location , clean room , good service, actually i booked sea view room but it was second floor maybe so it was just a part view , also the room windows is not soundproof that’s all.

Nice hotel... The rooms on the back are peaceful... On the front with the Bosporus view is a little life... Meaning traffic... A lot of traffic... But if you want the view... You pay... Just ear plugs and you will be ok... Conclusion... I will came back .... For sure at this price... Bye

We visited İstanbul with friends and stayed at this hotel .Rooms are comfortable and staff is so helpful.we glad from this hotel and we are going to stay at this hotel again.Thanks for everything and see you soon

First of all, it is a hotel that accuses its guests of lying. First, we wanted to make a reservation from the hotel itself, but then we were marked because we made a reservation from the agency at a more affordable price. The employees are never respectful, they said they could help us check in at night on the day of the reservation, so we set off from Izmir in the middle of the night, they said our rooms were full on the way. We had to look for another hotel at 1 am. When we wanted to cancel the reservation, they told the agency that they did not want it, it is a place that is after 3000 TL. We are forced to stay in a place where we experience unwanted problems. Even though the employees create so many problems, there is not even an apology. I never recommend it.
