There are a couple of simple shops, no frills. 5 minutes to the tram (if you are light, because it is uphill). The house itself is clean, tidy, but there is a staircase that you need to take into account if you have suitcases with you. The apartment is comfortable for living, three of us lived there. The apartment has everything you need for life. We turned on the dishwasher every day (we brought tablets with us). There were enough dishes for cooking and food. Warm, cozy, clean.
