Room was too small to put our luggages. Not even enough space for us to move around. The services was ok. Breakfast was ok. Room interior design os beautiful.

Its a quite good 4star hotel which takes 10/10 as regards its location if you wish to stay at the region of Sultanahmet, very close to Agia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Basilica Cinstera.The room is as the photos of the hotel show.Its rather small but it is really clean.The problem of the hotel is only its poor breakfast which i beleive they have to improve.The fact that there is not elevator is also a problem especially if you return tired or you are in older age.In general its a good hotel with kind personnel that i may visit it again if i go to Instanbul.

The hotel is superbly located, right behind the Hagia Sofia. It’s a cozy hotel with very friendly staff. I had an early morning arrival and I wasn’t sure they’d allow me to check in. To my surprise, they not only gave me the room, but also invited me to have breakfast! The staff are all very helpful when I need information or have questions. Very good communication prior to arrival. The room is a bit too small. Not like the photos on display. But at least it’s cozy and clean. Beware that the hotel is located in the zone where vehicles are not allowed. When you travel with luggage there will be a small inconvenience coming in the hotel. When I left, the hotel staff helped me with my luggage all the way to the taxi.

Location excellent, nice rooms, clean beds and towels everyday, pleasant and helpful staff, good breakfast, It`s the same every day but that doesn`t matter, there`s plenty to choose from, fruit, juice, eggs, cheese, meat, marmelade, olives tomatoes, cucumber and so on.

The hotel was in an extremely convenient location with very helpful staff who gave us a gift as we checked out however there was a lot of negatives namely the room was tiny with a hard sheet as opposed to a duvet and the en-suite was a glass box in the room (although designed) so lacked privacy.

The hotel is terrible. The rooms are very small, the bathroom area is poorly designed because they are very narrow and elongated to the point that in the toilet the person must sit on their side and not facing them. The towels are torn, frayed and stained. The breakfast is very poor, it has no variety and guests prefer to have breakfast outside the hotel.

The hotel is far from a four. We were moved into some kind of basement room that had no windows, only dummies. For those who have claustrophobia or panic attacks, I warn you right away. I felt very uncomfortable there. They asked for another room, they said no and they would move us later, but they never did. It was my husband’s birthday, I told the reception, but the hotel didn’t congratulate me. There is black mold in the corners in the bathroom. The only bathroom amenities were shampoo and shower gel. The audibility was high, someone was sneezing in the next room, as if it were in our bathroom. The pillows are small and uncomfortable. Breakfast is poor. The positives are the staff and location.
