Galata Grace or Perla Galata. A truly terrible experience. The rooms look nothing like the photos—far from reality. The reception staff are manipulative, and the glowing 10-star reviews are nothing but a tactic. They may offer a refund if you decide to leave early, but only if you write a positive review first, which explains all the fake good ratings. If review doesnt meet their expectations then you simply get your money back. If you book through ***********, you can’t pay online—you’ll be forced to pay either by cash or card at the reception as hotel avoiding to pay tax. The hotel has changed its name multiple times to avoid detection as scammers. In addition, they will harass you and refuse to let you use the washroom.

My wife and I had a great stay in Istanbul. This hotel is very clean, quiet and very well located. Everything is accessible on foot (metro stations.. bus..ferry..karakoy..galata tower..taksim...sultanahmet.. All the staff are attentive and are very welcoming. Especially Mr. Ismael and Mr. Oktay that we have the chance to chat with them. We thank them for everything. The room is very well equipped and cleaned every day. The bedding is comfortable.
