To be honest the hotel was amazing, nothing to complain. The workers were kind and humble. Especially the receptionist (Mert) and all the spa workers treating us very good, they did a great job. But I’m very disappointed with the owner for his bad attitude and disrespectful towards me. Few words to describe him and what happened - drama king, no manners, such a dumb and brainless guy, not capable to be a owner for that hotel. Need some education for him, I’m very disappointed with him for being very rude and showing disrespect to me for nothing.

Overall the room is very cozy. It has a modern interior concept. Very spacious and the comfortable. They too have a wide selection of breakfast spread. BUTTT! had d worst experience with the staffs there. Their receptions not welcoming. The shuttle service was bad as well, they do not have a good system, be prepared to be left 1hr thinking that the shuttle will come and fetch u as they promised but nvr come. Reason being: will caught in jam. (What they shld atleast advice us was to take our own transport as they are are unable to do so) but instead they mentioned driver on the way but when make another call, they say driver is resting. Grrrrr

The hotel is quite clean, they cleaned it every day. Breakfasts are modest, but there are fruits, yogurts, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, Turkish sweets. Delicious juices, Turkish tea. The location is good, transfer to Taksim Square and a couple of other places. A beautiful mosque on the square. You can walk along Istiklal Street to the Galata Tower, and from there across the bridge to the Sultanahmet area. By funicular and tram T1 to Sultanahmet, funicular and ferry to Moda Park with a beautiful embankment. Probably next time. It would be better to stay in Sultanahmet. There is a larger selection of restaurants and attractions all around. The food is monotonous everywhere, everything smells of lamb. We forgot a cap in the room, no one said anything, although the room was checked after us. Excellent for 3 days.
