In addition to the fee charged here, the hotel also charged 2% tax. They made 2 separate withdrawals from the card. When we first entered, the TV was not working and they fixed it. When we left, the door card did not work either, we waited at the door for 45 minutes and there was no one at the reception. We tried to reach someone from the phones left and the lady came and fixed the situation by giving us another card. We were not satisfied and generally do not recommend it.

This is definitely a business you should stay away from. Although the hotel owner is very friendly, the service definitely does not deserve this score. My wife and I came here for a two-day getaway and when we entered the room we put two laptops and a tablet in the safe and then the safe was locked (the first hour of our arrival) (around 15:00-16:00). Although they tried to solve it with good intentions, they could not open the safe because they did not have the master key that hotels are supposed to have and our products have been locked inside since yesterday. We went out and they said they would solve it in a few hours. When we came back to the room at around 22:00, there was still no solution and we called the employee on the night shift and he said the problem would be solved by 12 tomorrow. Even though I insisted that it should be solved immediately, he warned me "not to raise my voice" even though it was not true. We went down to breakfast in the morning and they said they tried again and still no sound. Afterwards we went out and came back again still no sound and the excuses made are "Go across to get the key, it is very far to go back and forth" etc. are strange and far from the service sector. Since my wife works on the computer we have a serious financial loss and it still has not been resolved we have to leave the room in 18 hours. Although the location and general services are sufficient we stayed in a small room numbered 305 and the room has a ventilation problem so you either have to turn off the heater at night or keep the window open. Breakfast is also of an acceptable standard only some products prepared the night before are served so the relevant products may have dried up. If you are lucky and do not experience any problems you can stay but considering that there is a safe (battery is dead) that we still cannot open, solving the problem if you experience any problems is a serious problem.

Onur Bey çok ilgiliydi ve rahatımız için elinden geleni yaptı. Odamız geniş balkonlu ve rahattı. Kahvaltıdan da ayrıca memnun kaldık. Konum ve atmosferi harika. Hem tavsiye eseceğiz hem de adadaki mekanımız burası olacak. Teşekkürler.

Odalar çok küçük ve persone sayısı az olduğundan girişlerde hep aksama oldu aynı şekilde personel eksikliğinden kahvaltıda tam gelmedi temizlik iyidi ama odalar çok çok küçük olmasından uzun konaklamalar mümkün değil...
