I recently stayed at this hotel during an exhibition and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal — close to the exhibition center and just a short walk from a nearby shopping mall, which made everything so convenient.
The ocean view from my room added a peaceful touch after long days at the exhibition. The service was excellent, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.
A special thanks to MR.GORKEM who was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. His warm and welcoming attitude made our stay even better.

Review Title: Great Check-in, Disastrous Check-out
The check-in was exceptional, thanks to Ismail, whose professionalism and welcoming attitude set the tone for a pleasant stay.
However, the check-out experience was a stark contrast. Yuzil, the staff member handling my departure and wearing eyeglasses, was unprofessional, rude, and visibly incompetent. In all my experiences with hotels, I have never encountered anyone worse than him. His behavior was completely unacceptable for someone representing such an establishment.

This is a great hotel located right on the sea shore. You can walk enjoying sea view and fresh air. Service, restaurants, and the other facilities are quite good.
I had a short stay, but I hope next time in Istanbul, I'll be able to stay longer.
It is about 40 min from the airport (if there is no traffic jam). But it is far from the historic center. You will need some transport to get there.

The hotel location is beautiful. The staff are friendly. The main issue is amenities and cleaning people. The shampoo, and conditioner were finished the cleaning staff didn't check if it was finished or not. There were no toothbrushes and paste. I need to call reception then they provide it while it should be in first hand there. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and location is best
