Misled my the name of this hostel, my original location is in Paris. How come they aren’t willing to refund any money? I will be satisfied if even refund 30-50% fees. But they won’t.

I arrived at the hotel around 9am on the day of check-in, but my room was already prepared and I was able to enter it in the morning, which was very helpful. They prepared a larger room than the one I had originally reserved, so I was able to relax in the spacious room. They also told me I could eat breakfast there. They also gave me cookies as a gift, which was nice! The hotel owner and staff were very kind and I was able to spend a wonderful time. I left my luggage at the hotel on the day of check-out, so I ended up picking it up late at night, but they handled it with a smile. I would like to use this hotel again if I go to Turkey again.

직원 너무 친절하심. 사장님이 마치 산타 할아버지처럼 항상 허허허 웃으심. 조식도 맛있음. 다만 시설은 조금 오래된 건물이다보니 좋지는 않지만 가성비로다가 따지자면 추천함

Great location, very comfortable room, slept very well here. The host Mr. Oktay is a very happy person. Always smile and very helpful. Because I don’t eat hamus, he even made rice and noodles and fresh eggs, chocolate for breakfast. I m very grateful. And the sunset view from the terrace was superb. Will definitely stay here again if I go Istanbul again.
