It was my first time to go to Istanbul. I was full of expectations but was completely disappointed by the services and facilities of this hotel.
As soon as you enter the room, you can smell the smell coming from the toilet at the door. And the craziest thing is that the air conditioner actually blows warm air. From calling at night to complaining in person the next morning, I spoke many times, but the result was no improvement at all. The service staff throughout the hotel really just write blank checks and never take it seriously.
