The room is extremely small it’s just a bed and the front office guy working in day time very rude asking to pay him more money £50 per day to give you other room and when you ask for manager he said he is the manager Definitely I don’t recommend it at all you can get better deal for the money I paid.. good location front of the tram station Bathroom very dirty abd wall is broken Very small elevator if you have big bags

I stayed at The Constantine Hotel in Fatih, Istanbul, with my family last week, and unfortunately, the experience was far below our expectations. The level of professionalism we encountered was extremely disappointing, and the service was nowhere near acceptable. Customer Service: The staff treated us with indifference and, at times, outright rudeness. They even threatened to call the police, despite knowing that I was with my family, including a toddler and a baby on my lap. When we had concerns or needed assistance, their responses were dismissive. There was a clear lack of basic courtesy and hospitality, which was shocking, considering this is a hotel in such a prime location. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Average. Room Comfort and Amenities: Below average. Very noisy. For a hotel that markets itself as a comfortable place for families, this was a very unwelcoming experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their services for future guests. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

If you need a good location, there may be better hotels around the area. Avoid it for bad customer service and bad treatment with the guest. The manager seems un-educated, and is sort of greedy for money, i think my 300 US dollars were missing from the room D3 when I went out, am quite sure that room service did it. So please avoid at all cost.
