Good experience, But the air conditioner was not giving hot air and it was cold in the room.
Other than that everything is great and the location is very excellent

The first room we were given had hair in the shower with questionable dirt spots so I requested a change. The second room was thankfully cleaner and they kindly gave us a room in the upper floor. The staff were very helpful. It has a great location, though so definitely worth a stay.

Walking distance to the famed Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Front office was kind enough to allow us an early check-in when we arrived at 12noon. The breakfast buffet was good with a lot of varieties.

I have met 6 of the staff members during my one night here and they were sll soooo cute! Very helpful and always gave me a smile. Superhappy with everything. Location was also perfect!

I've visited that hotel, but haven't actually stayed there. I had a booking with them, which was wrongly booked, but they're terrible enough that didn't process my request for refund, neither catered my request for change of dates. That's the issue, rest the hotel is at a very good location, kids shall enjoy staying here.

Other than a good location, we struggled with our stay here. Our room was directly next to a lift and the walls are thin so we were being woken up at all hours. It also stank of cigarette smoke. We asked to change rooms but we’re denied by a fairly rude receptionist. The room otherwise was nice enough. The pool was freezing and dirty, with the step ladders falling off. For the price, it was slightly below what I would expect.

Excellent location near to everything. Metro is 2-3min walk. All popular food places around there. Taksim is always very busy place and staying there you can’t miss anything.
