Nice,clean hotel,very kind personel,especially Zayper Hamza. Big reccomendation for this hotel becouse we had very warm welcome,tasty food,big help from staff.They called taxi for us,escorting us,even ordered birthday cake for dinner.

Nice 4* hotel, beautiful reception, helpful staff. Room was very spacious, with 2 comfortable double beds and still very spacious. Breakfast always ample choice of different food items, local dishes, and also European food. A great experience over all.

We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by friendly staff outside the main entrance who were happy to help us inside and to our room after check in. The room was lovely, and had everything we could have wanted, including the comfort and luxury feel. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options, as did room service. Staff were always happy to help, any language barriers were resolved with google translate, which was used just a few times. The pool was closed during our visit due to renovations on some floors of the hotel, which didn’t bother us as we were staying here during and after procedures

Warning: tourist trap!! My advice after having stayed at Volley hotel for 3 nights: stay away, rebook if possible. I had the “pleasure” of meeting the worst, crooked male receptionist ever met: a middle aged man who confronted me with a hefty surcharge at checkout. I had to pay an extra € 50 for cleaning the super thin and cheap linnen bed sheets and a blanket worth not even €5 (I came to Istanbul for a hair transplant). The employee threatened even to call off my taxi, which would have resulted in me missing the flight. It’s not about who is right, but about the crooked way of attempting to call off my own cab if I did not pay up on the spot. Mob practises. Like if this review helped you to stay away 👍

We stayed here during our procedures and absolutely loved it. The hotel is spotless and very quiet to allow you to recover. The food is also really good, we enjoyed the room service alot. The prices are around the same as the UK but it is what it is. The pool also looked inviting although we unfortunately didn't use it. We would definitely stay and recommend this to friends and family.

Check in a nd check out are no problem. Price is great, if all you care about is a clean bed and decent rate. Telephones don't work most of the time. WIFI???? Forget it. I had to go to the lobby to get my work done. Even after my complaint, someone came in and brought in a gaget that did not work except when he was there. lol (I guess you can see the trick) Breakfast, which was included in my rate, was below par and even contenetial breakfast in North America is better. The Indoor Jacuzzi, Sauna were broken and the rooms were used as storage for water bottles and equipment.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Volley Hotel. I was in Istanbul as a medical tourist where I had face lift surgery. I travelled alone and was very apprehensive about staying alone in a hotel after surgery, but the staff were so kind and attentive that I can honestly say they made what could potentially have been a really horrible experience very comfortable. The staff are extremely attentive and go out of their way to make sure you are having the best stay possible. The buffet breakfast was really good with an excellent selection of fresh, high quality food and the A La Carte Restaurant was also very good. The rooms were comfortable and the very small problem I had with my shower (it was stuck on the overhead function) was rectified swiftly by maintenance. The room attendants were warm and friendly and respected that I wanted some peace and weren't invasive at all. The only down side to the hotel is the WIFI - the connection isn't great in the rooms themselves, hopefully they will look in to this, if you are a heavy Internet user it's probably a good idea to arrange some mobile data with your phone provider before coming. All in all, a fantastic stay and I'll definitely come here again. Thank you, Volley Hotel.

Nice enough hotel, but quite sterile and lacking any real character. Restaurant is OK, food not bad, but again lacks any atmosphere. Breakfast is OK. Room service got my order completely wrong but I guess put down to language issue. I had a view of a huge car park from my room.
