I recently stayed at Palazzo Donizzeti Hotel in Istanbul and had a great experience overall. The hotel is in a perfect location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were very nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs.
The rooms were comfortable, though we did have an issue with the air conditioning on our first night. The staff tried to fix it, and when they couldn’t, they moved us to a new room the next day, which was much better.
Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to start the day. Despite the initial hiccup with the AC, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Istanbul.

Firstly, I thank the Trip program for the excellent prices, secondly, I would like to talk a little about the hotel. In terms of the hotel, it is a beautiful and clean building and has all the services, and its location is also beautiful. On the negative side, the rooms do not have soundproofing, which means that you cannot sleep until 4 in the morning because of the music sound from outside the hotel, and the other thing is that the person in charge of breakfast does not have a way to deal with customers, and his name is ********, and he is not honest in what he says regarding breakfast timings, I prefer to ask the reception about breakfast on all days of the week.
They also asked us to pay for sweets and drinks which was not available in a room , so Just argue with them if you did not use the food available in the room, if any

I just stayed one night at the hotel. it is a very nice place indeed. the rooms need maintenance especially the showers. bath towels should be replaced by ones of better quality. the hotel personel is very polite and helpful.
