I can’t praise this hotel anymore than I have in the past. They aAlways meet my expectations. As also booked room 406… Receptionist Erhan, Yusuf are excellent in how they handle issues and resolve them without any hesitation. The Room was very clean and neat and has tea and coffee in room. I always book and highly recommend this hotel. I plan on returning in a couple of months and no doubt will be staying here. Breakfast was nice and hot too. Although personal preference having sunnyside eggs would have completed my breakfast 👌 HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

We had a lovely 4 night stay at The Time Hotel . Bed room was clean and had the extras you need. Coffee , tea, toiletries, WiFi , tv and a good hairdryer. Rooms cleaned daily . Staff really helpful and pleasant . Breakfast and good variety of produce on the breakfast buffet. Hotel ideally situated to be able to walk and visit all the main tourist areas . We felt safe and secure during our stay . Only thing we can think of to improve the service would be better locks on the spa lockers as one key seemed to fit all . We would most definitely recommend this hotel to people visiting this lovely city and we hope to return in the future.

A very bad experience The staff are not qualified, they even don't understand other languages else Turkish And they are not helpful and even not credible They gave us very bad rooms (not the rooms in pictures when we booked) and obliged us to pay extra money for a third bed which is mentioned paid in the booking. We spent 3 days waiting to change the rooms to better ones. But no solution in the end. The rooms were very bad, the furniture as well, with a bed smell, no aeration. Food was not good

The ugliest hotel you can stay in, and it has no windows, dirty sheets, and extremely rude staff. Hôtel à éviter de toute urgence. Une catastrophe à tous les niveaux. Nous avons dû changer 3 fois de chambre, la porte fenêtre de notre chambre ne fermait pas!!!. Tapisserie noire, toilettes avec restes des précédents locataires, mini bar ne fonctionne pas, hôtel fumeur, moisissure dans la salle de bain, manque des ampoules. Soit vous avez vue sur la rue et vous ne pouvez pas dormir à cause du bruit, soit vous avez vue sur un mur… Murs extrêmement fins, vous entendez même les voisins tirer la chasse.., Que dire du « Spa »…piscine à 6•c, il faut payer les serviettes et la « hammam ». Tout est sale, aucun vestiaire ne fonctionne, Un Pauvre savon qui traîne dans la douche. Le pompon a été le dernier jour quand nous sommes rentrés et que la porte de notre chambre était ouverte! Nous avons dû quitter avant le terme tellement c’est désastreux. C’est un scandale de se moquer des gens à ce point. A savoir: cet hôtel est référencé dans plusieurs agences comme un 4 étoiles alors qu’il ne possède pas 1!!!!!!
