The hotel is very poor, far from what Ctrip described above, I feel cheated.
There is no safety chain on the door. When opening the window, the window next to it was pushed open together, which was very embarrassing.
The door handle of the bathroom was broken, and the exhaust fan was also broken. The hotel sent someone to repair it and turned off the exhaust fan directly.
Bath towels are also yellow, very unhygienic.
The hotel is not cleaned every day and there is no signage.
The breakfast is very basic, there is almost nothing to eat.
The hotel is close to the road and the sound insulation is very poor.
The wifi also dropped out frequently.
Feedback with Ctrip can't solve the problem.

Отвратительно!!! Самый худший отель за всю жизнь путешественника! Мы не смогли уснуть от очень сильно шума всю ночь! Обманщики и мошенники! Можно было бы поставить минус 10, поставила бы. Самый отвратительный отель из большинства, которые мы посетили за 2 недели в Турции. Первое: Сначала нас поселили в номер 403, мы не курящие и любой запах, даже который пытались вывести от сигарет - чувствуется. Ещё тек унитаз, и это было очень слышно. Попросили сменить. Сменили на 401, с первого взгляда вроде норм, ушли гулять. Вернулись, ложиться спать - окно в металлической раме, не закрывается, сломано. Отель стоит на трассе по которой все время движение без остановки, шум улицы колоссальный, а когда пытаешься уснуть так совсем раздражает. В итоге, промучавшись несколько часов, мы пошли в 12 часов ночи на ресепшн, потому что дозвониться у нас не получилось, номер ресепшн мы не знали, любые известные комбинации не работают. В итоге администратор пришёл и попытался исправить окно, понял что оно не исправно, мы сразу же сказали, что завтра уезжаем и просим вернуть деньги за оставшиеся 4 дня проживания. Нам был предложен номер на замену, но отель уже потерял наше доверие. Ещё в нашем номере при включении света в ванной стоит очень сильный гул вытяжки, на наш вопрос - это нормально? Нам ответили - да! Может владельцы отеля не очень понимают для чего в него приезжают гости? Подсказка - отдохнуть! Ещё при использовании кем-то из гостей выше этажом сантехники, все это сопровождается ещё одним очень сильным шумом при смывание в номерах ниже, в том числе и у нас. Фото завтрака приложу в фото. Сам номер пыльный, пошарпаный, в подтеках. Персонал, которых мы встречали на завтраке и в лифте очень милые и приветливые, это наверное единственный плюс. Возврат денег это тоже большая проблема, если вы бронировали через «островок», деньги вам не вернут! Даже если номер не соответствует заявленному «звукоизоляция в номере» по факту как спать на самой трассе! Категорически обходите стороной. Выкинуть 16к на ветер за такое никому не посоветую! Персонал отеля бросает трубку при разговоре! Вы хотите иметь дело с такими безответственными людьми?
