i booked my stay through ***********, i write the same review on ***********, but the hotel play a dirty game to remove my bad review by mark me as i didn't check in at all. i received am email from *********** that the i didn't check in at all. but i will chase them up. 1.the location of the hotel is very good time wise, like about 8 minutes walk to taksim Square, not far from the main places, but it is in very very hilly location it is not easy for everyone to walk it. 2- we book budget room, which are located in the underground floor(-1) , which is not the best windows or views. 3- in the room there was kettle , with complimentary tea bags and coffee, we luckily check the kettle before using it, it was very greasy and dirty from inside we couldn't use it, we went to the reception to ask them to change it with a clean one, he said 10 minutes, we been waiting so long , he didn't bring , we been to the reception again , we feel like he forgot about us and the kettle and then on the spot he take clean kettle from a different room and gave it us. 4-the toilet washbasin was leaking all the time when you are using the tap 5-the bed sheets was not clean and i think not changed when we checked in we found long hair on it and hair clips 6.the chair in the room was stained 7.we have a bad experience when we where checking out, we found that they want to charge us for some juices were ordered during breakfast, which we didn't order. they were keep saying we saw the drinks you order on the camera, if you don't want to pay, you can have as a gift, i didn't like the way they were speaking as if they were doing it as a favour. we ask the manager to show us the camera footage, when we check it we found the drinks were ordered to a different table and not ours, for some reason they weren't feeling sorry for the mess they make and we pushed them to apologise for what happened. this causes delaying our way to the airport, as we missed our bus .
