The location was great, the management were very friendly and helpful! I lost my wallet and the lady at reception tried her best to retrieve it! Amazing service! Great view of the mini Hagia Sophia. Room was cosy and perfect for two friends exploring the city!

I was staying here 2 nights with my daughter in November. We were both very pleased with the choice - I liked this small but comfortable place. The area was very quiet and cozy - narrow streets filled with little hotels, shops and restaurants. We especially loved the corner restaurant - we arrived pretty late and were hungry but found great food and atmosphere right by the hotel! The most amazing part was the roof of the hotel - just go up the stairs and you can enjoy the beautiful view of a night city. We loved coming back at night to our hotel after a day in a busy noise filled with people center city of Istanbul.

Top location for your first visit, Small street (sokak) nearby everything you want to see in Istanbul (Aya, Blue mosque, Kucuk Aya, Topkapi, Hippodrome...). First tree days we were so excited about breakfast because it was stunt, but after that, sorry, I was so full of eggs, olives (zejtin) and fresh vegtables... Room OK, every day fresh towels, girls were so kind, even speak only Russian or Turkish. Complain, bed so small, 1,40 m for two...In the summer not enough space to turn arround. The price is OK, the hotel is OK for a few days. Highlight: breakfest terrace, roof terrace (for private use, not the restaurant or anything). The problem is to reach the hotel from IST airport.

The hotel is very close to the main attractions of the city. The staff is very attentive and the breakfast is very plentiful. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The hotel has a terrace to look out over the city. Excellent value for money. I would definitely return.

Very nice hotel. We were able to get into our room before check-in time. Due to a small mistake we were given a luxury room, but we were allowed to stay and were not charged anything extra. Good location and nice staff. Definitely worth my money.

We suffered a robbery at the hotel. We left a wallet inside our luggage every day we stayed at the hotel, to our surprise on the day of departure at 4am we realized that we were missing 20 euros and a credit card. At first the accommodation wanted to "help" and told us that they believed the robbery could be true. Until I asked for financial compensation for the reimbursement of the accommodation since at NO TIME did they offer a solution. Then there was an exchange of very painful messages accusing us of being opportunists and liars. We tried to get booking to mediate and after 11 days of waiting their response was not to take responsibility for what happened. Absolutely unpresentable and very rude. Be careful with the hotel because they have very long hands. Very poor cleaning (the floor and sink were not cleaned in 6 days) they limit themselves to making the bed, putting towels and gel and meanwhile searching luggage and stealing. We could not complain at that time because the reception is not 24 hours a day. Poor and repetitive breakfast. Room full of humidity and fleas.

Dès notre arrivée, j’ai été très surprise par la réactivité du personnel… les bagages pris des mains. La disponibilité du personnel. Les recommandations également. Le petit déjeuner est pris en face effectivement. Cela reste dans le même cadre. L’espace est petite, cela permet de discuter avec d’autres touristes. Le dernier petit-déjeuner nous l’avions partagé avec un couple japonais ! Les chambres sont très propres. Vous trouverez un plateau de courtoisie. Située à proximité des grandes axes. Nous y retournerons bien certainement !

Piccolo hotel molto centrale, con abbondante colazione continentale (scordiamoci un caffè o cappuccino nei limiti della decenza varcati i confini patri), proprietario gentile e disponibile a rispondere alle tue esigenze, camera (dal bagno purtroppo grande come uno sgabuzzino) giornalmente pulita. Ideale per chi, come noi, trascorre l'intera giornata a visitare la città e rientra solo per pernottare.
