Pretty good, right?

I wanted to like this hotel. It was recommended to me by someone, but unfortunately we were not greeted with a smiling face at the entrance. We said hello and couldn't take it back. The girl at the reception had a confused face. We felt like we were disturbing him, not like guests. The photos of our passports were taken with his private phone, I did not find it right and objected. He said he did it so he could do the process faster. I found it pointless. Entering passport information into the system does not take more than 3 minutes for 3 people, via Opera. Anyway, the boy who showed us to our room was unaware of our room number. Even though we came with a sleeping baby and we stated this, it was spoken loudly. I worked as a receptionist and guest relations for a long time. This is not how it is done. You are greeted at the entrance and greeted with a smile. How are you? The room type and reservation amount are confirmed, and the room floor and number are told to the guest. The room is ready in advance according to requests. The room is introduced, or the guest's permission is asked to be introduced. We wish you a good rest. There should be a respectful and hospitable approach. I mean, everyone has bad days, but even so, one should refuse to do their job properly. It was stated on the phone that we would be staying with 2 adults + 1 baby, 6 hours before our arrival. The room given to us was small and there was no baby bed. Normally, the room is chosen to be large enough and the baby bed is placed before the guest arrives. An upgrade is given if there is availability. The boy at the reception said he would bring us a bed. If we had taken the bed he brought to the room, there would have been no place to stay. I did not like the loud knocking on the door while my child was sleeping. Overall, I give the service 0 stars. There was a strong sewer smell in the room. When we asked for a larger room, they said there was no availability, but there were available rooms on booking, both double and suite. Additionally, a strangely loud alarm sound is activated on the doors, unless it is turned off, I found it disturbing for those sleeping in the room. The bathroom was tiny. There was no duvet on the bed, just a thin blanket, faded from use. The air conditioner was not working. There was a fan noise all night long. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Especially with such a staff.
