Overall a lovely stay.
A lots of pros- Great breakfast, friendly staff, 24hr gym, free parking, very safe. Booked a one day tour to Troy, got picked up and drop off at the hotel, saved 2 trips to the Istanbul city,a present surprise.
Own experience - Location is far and not easily accessible from main tourist attractions. For self drive, the hotel is located next to a highway, if missed the turning, go around is 7 min. Baby pool was not open, swimming hat compulsory or can buy for 130TR from spa desk.

The hotel staff are very welcoming. There is a Turkish restaurant directly opposite the hotel, and you can also find a larger shopping mall nearby. And this hotel is not very far from Istanbul New Airport. All in all, this is a very good value for money hotel.

When we wanted to check in, no one responded to us. The room was very small, the facilities were outdated, and the bathroom was especially small. The breakfast was also very simple.

The room is a little old, and the desk is not very convenient for working. There are too few types of breakfast, and they don't change much. I basically eat the same thing every day.

Good location, 3 mins distance to the bus stop and can go anywhere in Istanbul. Next to the hotel is a local Mall has all daily need. Downstairs has a local restaurant with home style food which I like most

KKhalid NourWe were staying on the 5th floor a non smoking room/level and people smoke all the time, we complained several times the best they can offer is move you to another room
Rooms and corridors smell bad from sewage, we complained, they came and sprayed something to lessen the bad smell, but it didn’t work well.
Lighting system inside the room need an update for sure.
The staff is pleasant and helpful but the hotel is old
and renovation.
We have got a very good deal almost 50% off
The concierge person is very helpful, he tried to offer a good rate.

KKutay DimitokaOrtalama bir konaklama oldu. Odada basit bir mutfak var ama 2 su bardağı ve 2 fincan haricinde bir mutfak malzemesi bulunmamakta. Eğer mutfakta bir şeyler yapma gibi bir düşünce var ise mutfak malzemelerini yanınızda getirmeniz veya temin etmeniz gerekecek. Lokasyon olarak konumu iyi, çevrede bir çok market, kafe ve yemek mekanı var. Banyoda havalandırma fanı çalıştığında odaya tuvalet kokusu basıyordu. Havuz ve sosyal tesisler temizdi fakat ayrı bir blokta yer alıyor. Buraya da bonenizi, terliklerinizi, havlularınızı yanınızda götürmeniz gerekiyor.

FFarzad XOWe had a very pleasant stay at The Business Class Hotel.
The hotel is new, clean, and well maintained. The reception staff were excellent – professional, organized, and very friendly. A special thanks to Ms. Niusha, who was very social, knowledgeable, and made us feel truly welcome.
Breakfast was also good, with several types of jam, honey, different cheeses, soup, coffee, juice, toast, cold cuts, cucumbers, tomatoes, and eggs.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and it created a wonderful memory for us. Highly recommended!

SsobirgafurVisit Sahra Airport Istanbul and remained disappointed. The place looks beautiful in the photos, but in reality service leaves you wishing the best. Staff is not too attentive, questions are answered reluctantly, the feeling that the guests are interfering with them.
Prices are higher than average, with the quality of service and atmosphere clearly not in line with the declared level. I expected a more comfortable and friendly place, especially near the airport where speed and convenience are important.
I hope that the management will pay attention to the service, there is potential, but while the impression is below average.

CChan changWe spent our first night in Istanbul at a sketchy old apartment turned hotel by Taksim square , which turned out a nightmare. So when we finally arrived at th hotel, we were amused by everything the room has. With the reasonable rates and perfect location ( next to a mall and the public trans is in the front ), and tons of stores and restaurants in the vicinity, we can’t complain. Would come back and stay again
