The management is very caring & kind, the location is ideal however the room service is a problem, the quality of the food is not up to scratch, very expensive & when you get your order there is no quality to the food, i ordered macaroni & cheese, i got pasta with not much cheese like just boiled tasteless pasta, room service staff delivering the food also have a bad attitude. It can be an ideal hotel if the room service can improve its service.

My impression of Mercure has changed a bit. The room facilities are old and the hotel is full of perfume, which I don't like. It is in the downtown area and it is a bit noisy by the road, but the surrounding area is very convenient.

The service attitude is professional, the location is a bit biased, the price is very good, and I will book again. There are Xiaomi Corporation, Huawei Corporation, and Japan's Sony Corporation headquarters nearby. The environment is beautiful!

Great hotel and service, but do not come here if you have a car; there is no parking. We had to park far away and pay extra money, but the guys at reception were helpful and carried our large 6 luggages from where we had parked. Hotel was clean, breakfast was decent, and location is amazing, easy walk to Topakapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Grand Bazaar.
Mercure Istanbul Bomonti

The hotel facilities are rather dilapidated, the exterior is acceptable, but the interior is relatively old. They work relatively slack, and they arranged the same room for me only when it was necessary. But they helped me arrange the driveway to the airport, this is to be praised

Pullman's annex building, gym and swimming pool have to go to Pullman. The room was not cleaned on the last day. There are fewer breakfast varieties, but it is convenient to take a taxi. The store downstairs of the hotel can buy urgently needed daily necessities
