Drika and Bia were super friendly and welcoming. Every morning when my family and I would join for breakfast, they would welcome us us with a great smile. They provided us with their input as it relates to the best spots in the city. The hotel is in the middle of bunch of trees which makes it super cozy and relaxing. The lobby staff is super friendly and always whiling to help. They provided us with mosquitoes repellent and extra mats and towels.

A primeira vez que fui ai foi em 04/07/21 acompanhada do marido e amei tanto que repeti a viagem em 15/12/24 acompanhada do marido e convidei 5 amigas Maria Paola Perugini Maria Gioconda Perugini Maria Cristina Perugini ficamos todos na pousada e Eliana Rodrigues e Edna Rodrigues que ganharam UP grade e ficaram no Resende Imperial amaram também todas as vezes que voltar a Itacaré me hospedarei aí fomos muitíssimos bem tratados única diferença entre a primeira e a segunda vez é que não tinha cesta de frutas no quarto mas dou nota 10 aos atendentes Miquiba bar man Gabriel recepção as meninas da tapioca todos em geral estão de parabéns infelizmente não lembro o nome de todos Equipe de milhões....

Gostamos de tudo principalmente da gentileza e cordialidade dos funcionários. Pousada aconchegante, bem localizada e prática. Estilo arquitetônico havaiano, com uma vegetação tropical e com visitas inesperadas no final da tarde pelos saquis.

Quando chegamos fomos recebidos com um drink nao acoolico ,e quando entramos no quarto era maravilhoso e aconchegante ,netfilx,disney+,amazon,e globoplay so em um tv e ainda mais é perto do centro das praias urbanas e também da praia da concha

A pousada é ótima, quarto confortável, piscina gostosa, bom atendimento e delicioso café da manhã! A cama é bem gostosa, com bons travesseiros também. A água do chuveiro esquenta e esfria super fácil! A limpeza do quarto também é excelente e eles oferecem veneno para insetos!
