This place is very charming, and close to the center, where day and night life happens. If you go to Itacare, make sure that you stay in a place near by street Pituba; There you have nice restaurants and shops, and you are close to best beaches La Concha, Tiririka, Ribeiro (last two good for surfing). Do not go to any place far from the center like Alto do Bosque, that is far away, and if you don't have a car, walking those hills up and down at 35 degrees is extremely hard especially if you go to Itacare for surfing with your surfboards). I have seen announces which reflects distances from the rented flat to the beaches and center which are not true, so make sure that you calculate in advance the distance with google map or any other, otherwise you will be depending of taxis to go everywhere.

Fiquei hospedada em dez/20 com meu marido, o apt estava em bom estado, confortável, limpo, é mt bem localizado, próximo a rua dos restaurantes e lojas, e também das praias urbanas, mt aconchegante! O anfitrião responde rápido e existe uma recepção com funcionários em horário comercial. Pontos a melhorar: o banheiro do quarto de cima vazava água pelo box o q deixava meio inundado, e a porta estava com dificuldade para abrir e fechar. Poderiam investir em um fogão melhor, o mesmo ja estava bem cansadinho e algumas bocas nao funcionavem mt bem, e poderiam oferecer mais opções de utensílios na cozinha. Poderiam ter a opção de limpeza do apt mesmo para hospedagens com menos tempo. No geral é um ótimo flat! E voltaria mais vezes!

O Paradiso Flat é muito espaçoso, muito bem localizado ao lado da Rua Pedro Longo e da Rua Pituba, onde a vida noturna de Itacaré acontece. Também há tres praias próximas. O flat conta com 2 dormitórios, mais um sofá cama na sala, varanda, cozinha equipada com fogão, geladeira, microondas e todos os utensílios necessários para quem gosta de cozinhar na acomodação. Além disso, possui uma pequena lavanderia com um tanque varal e uma deliciosa rede para relaxar. Excelente opção para quem gosta de conforto, comodidade e estar perto do agito. Apesar de estar próximo as duas ruas mais movimentadas da cidade, o local é muito tranquilo e silencioso. Não há contato com funcionários nem outros hóspedes, pois o local oferece self checkin.

Fiquei 4 dias no flat e adorei a liberdade de ter uma cozinha para fazer as refeições e uma área para poder lavar as roupas de praia. Me senti como se estivesse na minha casa ou algo semelhante. Tinha cozinha, sala, quarto (ou quartos), varadinha com rede, estacionamento... Ah, outra coisa que achei interessante é que eles são pet friendly. No que tange a localização, fica perto das praias urbanas, sendo possível ir caminhando e perto da vida noturna da cidade (bares, restaurantes etc). Recomendo!

Eu escolhi esse pela cama e não me decepcionei. Colchão e roupa de cama ótimos, além do tamanho da cama ser grande. Ar condicionado perfeito e silencioso. O banheiro é pequeno e o espelho pequeno é enferrujado, e não tem área externa. É o quarto espaçoso e só. Mas eu gostei da minha escolha.
