O hotel é bom, mas a umidade já mostra sinais nas paredes de gesso do banheiro, com mofo embaixo da pia. Também há mofo nos cantos do vidro do Box.
Fora esses problemas com umidade no banheiro, o quarto é ótimo. O armário é muito bom, o ar condicionado é impecável.
Inclusive, quando cheguei no quarto, o ar já estava ligado e estava bem geladinho, levando a primeira impressão para nota 10.

Trip e hotel precisam se entender. Primeiro eles arrumaram o quarto apenas para um hospede. Sendo que eram 2. Agora a tarde estao me cobrando, dizendo q o meu pagamento seria diretamente ao hotel, sendo que a trip ja descontou no meu cartao. Pessima experiência com esse app.
